Found this local shop looking for a new, good, honest mechanic (can be challenging sometimes). They replaced my engine, which is a pretty significant job and everything runs great. These guys are honest and do a good job. They explain everything thoroughly and are competitive when compared to other shops. Most importantly, they back their work. Anything they warranty, they will fix no questions ask, no excuses, no BS. Bottom line is they back their work. Without hesitation I recommend you give these guys a chance, you will not be disappointed.

My car had been over heating and needed a gasket replaced between the engine and the cooling system. To do this they has to disconnect the gas lines then reconnect them again. When I got my car back the bill was higher than expected but it ran like new. In less than 200 miles of driving my car burst into flames. I have fought with them to accept responsibility.

They finally got their insurance involved and they investigated and determined that it was cooper automotive's fault. I do not feel that I should have to pay for repairs that destroyed my car resulting in my having to spend thousands of dollars more in order to get another vehicle. I've left messages at the shop for someone to call me back about this and I have heard nothing if I could give this is a zero rating I would do it in a heartbeat.

It appears the that my only recourse is going to be taking the dealership to small claims court. If I could post photos I would to show what kind of repair they did on my car. A very very disappointing and unhappy customer.

My parents used this place when it was under former ownership and liked it and the owner now is also really great he was abled to figure out wht was wrong with my grandmother's car when no one else not even my own mechanic couldn't. My grandmother's car is now driving like a champ again and sounds like her old self again. Thank you cooper automotive for your awesomeness and service.

I definitely recommend you to anyone and will definitely keep you in mind for my future repairs and hopefully soon to be paint job on my truck as well. 20 starz if Google would let me.

Was in need of a good mechanic and found Cooper Automotive! They provided me with a 'to do' list for my car in order of priority. Work done has been excellent, on time, and my car's performance is so much better. Needed unexpected work done which was not on the list (coolant reservoir replacement & new radiator) and they accommodated me quickly and efficiently. They are knowledgeable, informative, professional, and customer friendly. I am very, very pleased.
