They are professional, tell you like it is mechanics. They always go beyond what they need to do. I love going to them. One of very few places I take my car too.

I had a slow leak in my right front driver's tire and ended up the tire was not repairable. I was also coming close to the time for the lunch hour for the mechanics. Telle Tire staff found a matching tire in stock and replaced the damage tire. All this was finished prior to their lunch hour. Their efficiency saved me from taking a walk in the rain for food and from waiting an extra hour for the car's repair to be finished. Thank you

Thank TJ and team for taking great care of my car. I much appreciated when I suggested the filters may need replacement and they let me know they were in fine shape. It was great they sent an electronic inspection report in an easy to read format before my car was ready so I had time to review. Fantastic and friendly service!

I had a 10:00 appointment and the shop was ready and performed the work right on time. The work was completed and I was back on the road quicker than anticipated. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I am highly satisfied with the staff and facilities.

Telle Tire is thorough and very honest about priority in fixing repairs on my car. They don't gouge you at all. TJ, specifically, is high on my good list. Car repairs can be painful, but not at Telle Tire.

They work off commission so they are way overpriced tried to charge me for a diagnostic that I didnt agree to pay for tried to charge me over 1000 to replace an axle and wheel bearing on one side of a 2010 fusion. Stay away I recommend 55 tires off Butler Hill rd

Great Service! Was able to drop it off while I went to work. Still made an appointment to know they had availability to fit my car in! Got a car report to my phone and was able to look at what I would need to fix sooner rather than later! Was a routine oil change and the staff was super friendly! They sent the report after checking over my car and photos as well! Did not expect that, but was nice to be able to see what was going on with my car and they let me know I had a break light out!

Thank you John for your excellent service! John was really caring and wanted to get me on my way. They really went out of the way for me. They got me into a loaner immediately and gave it to me for a few extra days as well. He understood my needs and held my car a few days longer than usual with no problems. My car runs great and I will definitely be back.

I recommend Telle Tire and Auto on Lindbergh. New update: once again John was able to get my car in right away. I have a Volkswagen. Some places arent familiar with them so its refreshing that I get experienced help. John always breaksdown and explains the process and problem with me. He was able to sell me 4 new tires and mount them for a very reasonable price.
