Kevin and his team are fantastic! I called them at 3pm on Friday afternoon when they closed at 5pm, and they were able to get my car in that day after I arranged a tow. They called Monday at 10am with their diagnosis and quote, which was on the low end of what I expected for alternator+belt replacement. They were able to get my car taken care of by 2pm the same day! They were very efficient and friendly, both personally and budget-wise. I'll definitely be taking my car in for any future maintenance or repair it needs. Thank you, guys!

I feel very taken advantage of. I went to get an alignment done in April and decided to try this shop because it was convenient and close to where I live. After I paid $109.00 for the alignment, not even a full 24 hours had passed and my car overheated and they told me I needed a new radiator. I paid over $400.00 to get a new radiator. Not even a month had passed and my car overheated again and come to find out because the radiator hose had a leak in it.

My mechanic who I have gone to for years for all my cars told me that they should have checked the hoses and should have replaced the hose when they put the new radiator in. I had to pay $90.00 for the hose, and my patience here has ended. I would just be cautious getting anything done here. You definitely don't need to go by yourself, especially if you don't know much about cars. There is a big difference between "AutoCare" and "I don't care." Go somewhere where people are honest and not money hungry.

A few years back I brought my car here for a repair, and they told me, "We could fix it for $XXX, but you could probably get it fixed for less if you took it to a dealer." It was so honest, and they've been my go-to shop ever since. They keep things simple with a no-appointments, first-come-first-served system. They always fix just the things I asked for and never try to sell me on other repairs.

Usually they get to it the same day, and the Crossroads location means I can drop off first thing, take the streetcar to work, pick up at closing, and drive myself home. Convenient, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.

I went to get my brakes done, because they were recommended. They fixed the noise but a few months later it came back! I went back in October 2021. The sound went away, it came back I January 2022. After that I lost trust in them. I went to another mechanic and they said they used the cheapest brake pad and that was causing the sound. Needless to say I'm having them fix it which will cost me extra $400. I DON'T recommend this place at all!

I appreciate all of the hard workers here. I drop my car off on my way to work and pick it is after. I always get a call if there are decisions that have to be made. If so, the recommendation is usually to try the least expensive option first. Most places just start to upcharge you as soon as you walk in the door. Not this place. Great service for a great price!

They were thorough, easy to work with, reasonable, and completely professional. My only comment is that they do not accept appointments, so be ready to drop off your car in the morning - just get there early and wait for them to arrive. Excellent all-around service and value! Service: Brakes

I have taken my car to countless shops across the metro, and I've never found anyone as friendly, knowledgeable, and fair as the folks here. They always take the time to explain why they would or would not recommend a certain service or repair. They are honest and never charge me for things that my car doesn't really need. They're also never condescending or impatient when I ask questions. I've brought my car here for everything from oil changes to check engine light diagnostics for five years, and I've had a great experience every single time.

I've taken multiple vehicles to Kevin multiple times and have never been disappointed. They are organized, trustworthy, and communicate with you well regarding their thoughts and your options. Strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle inspection, oil change, or more complex diagnostics and repair. Good people who do good work for a fair price. What more could you want?
