Very very upset at a unreasonable yard minimum that will drive off many of us long term customers that have been there for decades. that always need more yard help to speed up their service but their inventory is really big and they just need to ramp up customer service and help the little guys as well as the big accounts.

I needed a sun visor for a 2006 Kia -- it needed to match a particular VIN series and color. Several places on the Internet said they had the part, but they never returned my emails or calls. (One of them said they had it, but it turned out they didn't). I finally found this place and was assisted by a great guy named Randy -- very polite and helpful.
He found the part and sold it to me at a very reasonable price, plus freight charges. It was a perfect match and it took me about two minutes to install. I generally don't service my own vehicle, but if I ever need to again, I'm calling these folks first.
