I had a brake inspection and a general diagnosis after diagnosis' I decided only to get a oil change as the repairs were many and would cost more than the car For this I was charged almost 500 he told me he replaced a couple air filters I do not know what everyone else is charging for a diagnosis and oil change but my car was running fine I just wanted to be diligent in it's up keep he told me I needed so many high dollar fixes that I sold my car new owner had it diagnosed and none of the problems I was told about came up

Fair, accurate, fast and honest. Frank and the A1 team are always friendly, courteous and know how to take care of their customers. No problem too big, it's not cheap, but it's always done right. Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change, Steering & suspension repair, Auto glass repair, Wheel alignment, Electrical, Battery, Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical repair, A/C installation & repair, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

They charged me $1000 to replace an alternator. Parts were $375. This replacement takes LESS than 1hr. I got 2 different stories from the owners as to why so much. If they think you are an easy sell, they will take advantage you!

Do not recommend (highly). I brought my car with engine lights related to transmission issue. Chuck told me that diagnostics will be ~$320 and I need to leave my car for a couple of days. I explained symptoms and was curious about root cause issue. In 3 days they just started to test my car, which is not bad and I completely understand that they are busy.

I know these guys probably understand what they are doing, professionals and pretty sure they are friendly and HONEST to regular customers. In my case, it costed my ~$200 and 6 days to hear that I have issue with transmission. Yes. Nothing more. When I asked what specific part of transmission is malfunctioning, I was told that they do not know it and in order to get to know it they need to disassemble transmission and so on. Well, I think I knew that I have some transmission issues before I came, no? My impression: pricey, useless, fooling, unfriendly. They talk more than listen. Hope this review will help somebody.

The best at what they do. It took me too long to find them. They are a unicorn: experienced, diesel mechanics you can trust. I've taken my truck here for routine maintenance and major repair work. They are patient, knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. I won't take my truck anywhere else (f250 super duty)

I feel it is like your trusted doctor for your car. The owner really have patient to explain the problems and give suggestions for your vehicle. BTW, they do Smog repair and they are good at it. I would recommend this place if you own a fair American car, which really need a good doctor to take car of.
