Mathews-Carlsen Body Works is certified in Audi, Volkswagen, and Volvo collision repair and also specializes in European models such as Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes. We are also very familiar with Hondas, Toyotas, Subarus, Lexus, and just about every other make and model. All types of vehicles are welcome here at Mathews-Carlsen Body Works and they all get the same professional treatment.
Mathews-Carlsen Body Works is a full service collision repair facility with the capability of handling the needs of today's modern vehicles. Our technicians are I-Car certified and have training with Audi and Volkswagen. We are an Audi certified collision Repair facility as well as Honda, Volkswagen, and Volvo.
When repairing something as small as a scratch it might be necessary to repaint the entire panel. When we do this we must remove any trim and/or parts that are on that panel i.e. It is generally not possible to give estimates over the phone. There are far too many aspects to consider when we write an estimate.

I had bumper repaired at MC 5 years ago. Recently the paint started flaking. They didn't hesitate, said "yes we will fix that" and did an amazing job. I have been going to this body shop for 20 years (3 daughters). Consistently courteous, on-time and highest quality service. As someone else said, they treat your car like it's their car.

Absolutely amazing work on my 2018 Audi. Someone hit my bumper and left 2 large gouges in the plastic. I brought it in to Mathews-Carlsen on a Monday with no quote appointment and they gave me a quote then and there for less than other shops around with worse reviews. They got me in 2 days later on a Wednesday and it was done in less than 7 hours. I tried my hardest to find where the repairs were made but couldn't. The repair was perfect! I would definitely recommend them!

Got my truck tailgate replaced here and bumper. Wouldn't recommend it. They kept the old lock of the tailgate on the new tailgate, for $4-5k if insurance money, you'd expect they fix it with new parts. And one of the decals on the tailgate came off. Filled out their survey, no response from them. Never using them again unless they fix their work. Meanwhile, find another place.

After getting rear ended for the first time in my driving experience, I was completely unsure of where to take my car and what to do next. Thankfully, I made the right choice by coming here. Paul explained everything to me and consistently kept me in the loop as to how things were progressing with my insurance and the repairs. I was anxious about the idea of having to leave my car for several weeks, but they were right on time with their ETA, and even washed the car for me! Definitely exceeded all expectations I had and would recommend this shop to anyone!
