So far so good. Found them on Yelp! yesterday (October 20th) call spoke to Terri. She was very nice and reassuring. Tow truck driver spoke highly of the facility and stated it's a AAA facility (unknown when I called) feeling positive concerning the vandalism (catalytic converter) done to my vehicle.

I've taken my car here years ago through AAA before and they were very professional. They must be under new management because they were completely rude this time around. First they asked me who I was, then told me to hold and hung up. I called back and another person asked "what do I want?" This person proceeded to tell me they were too busy and to call back tomorrow. I would not recommend this place at all. It's hard enough to find reliable mechanics with integrity as is. Please don't waste your time here.

So my uncle is my normal mechanic, but he fell sick and couldn't work on my car for about the time span of 2 years. During that time span I had 2 serious problems with my 10 yr old Mazda 3. I asked my uncle if the pricing they charged me was ok. And he told me that it was fair pricing. They also did a great job with repairing my car. Didn't have a problem with my car again before selling it. : Will definitely be back if I ever have any issues with my new car.

Recommend by AAA, took my car in on Monday around 3pm, and car was ready next day Tuesday at 2pm, fair pricing and gave me a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty on the electrical starter box for my 2009 Cadillac DTS, must say he got him self a new customer

They are way too high! Plus they wanted to charge me double labor for the same job! Then the lady got an attitude because I wouldn't let them do the work. Don't waste your time going there unless you want to give your money away.

They do decent work here but the customer service is lacking and prices are a little high. For the process that they charge here, I could just take my car to the dealer and have a more pleasant experience. Often if you do not come here early enough, they will turn you away and not even work on your vehicle. However, sometimes even when you do come early they still turn you away and they are usually rude about it. It seems like they are always too busy to work on my vehicle, so I usually end up just going to the dealer.

Tire blew out due to a pothole (thanks ca), so I called these guys who were a minute away and they told me to bring it in. They helped me put my spare on within 10 minutes! Definitely recommend them based on how nice and helpful they were.

Choi (manager/owner) and his guys are great! I have been with Choi since 2004 a recommendation from the AAA Club. I would not go ANYWHERE else for my car. Never dissatisfied with the service and they do an excellent job with fair pricing. When I purchased another car I continued to go to New Crenshaw Transmission & Auto Repair. I will go there till the wheels fall off or I get another car. Thanks Choi!

Excellent job, affordable changes. I have been having problem with my car, took to the dealer but they couldn't figure out the problem. I Google AAA approved mechanic and found this shop. Took my car there and it was fixed. For over 5years now I take my car this shop only. No.1 Customer satisfaction.

Horrible experience! Worst customer service. I took my daughter used car "American" made to the guy to do a diagnostic check. He refuse to do the service I requested of him. He told me not American car. I need to buy Japanese he was quite rude. He had no right to tell me what kind of car my daughter should be driving. When I asked him a second time to please check the car for me.

He got angry and told me to leave. Mr. Choi this is America not Japan. Treat your customer kindly, not once was I rude or disrespectful to you. Remember without the customers coming to your business you won't be in business today.
