Super Auto Stop

I was a frequent customer and used to buy these guys pizza n drop off cases of water for them. But now they won't answer my calls &or work on my car anymore. Don't know what I did wrong : Sorry Byron hope I haven't offended you

Brake paddle and oil change quickly 20 min. I standing there. They said oil changed aready. But I didn't see car front hatch not open. This time I happy fast service. But still noting engine not clear?next another shop oil change ur car oil very very dirty @@@ and oil change my engine sound good. that means they not changed my oil service they change $60 hybride my car. That is bad bad store. BE CAREFUL THIS STORE.

These guys are Legit! Top notch workmanship from them. Whenever I have an issue with my 2014 Hooptie I bring it down and they take care of it. From brake jobs to oil changes they handle it quickly and efficiently. Will be coming back to Byron and his team of experts.

They quoted me 100$ to patch ONE tire. A 20$ service. Can't imagine what they are charging for other services. I got my service done at pep boys instead.

I bring my car to Super Auto from across town b cause they get to the problem and fix it. Low price and reliable mechanics I'm a female and they've never overcharged me. I highly recommend them.

These guys are literally the personification of 5 stars. Bryon and his team of technicians are knowledgeable, willing to assist, and are very efficient with time. Their objective is fixing your vehicle back to factory standard, while charging you at an affordable and below market rate. Would recommend this shop to anyone with any mechanical issues or for simple maintenance.

Went to do a complete suspension upgrade. They Installed a set of bilstein 6112 and 5160 with old man emu rear coils on my 2012 4Runner. Very happy with the job they did especially the great price and quality service. Definitely will be returning for more upgrades

Not what I expected at all. I've passed this place hundreds of times and never thought I'd come here and now I regret it. They were strictly business, car in, repaired and out and i mean fast. Faster than any other place I've been to. I mean about the only complaint I can have is no waiting room but didn't care much because I was out of there so fast. Thanks for everything!

Hands Down Best Shop In La even though their are really good ones out there, this guys get down! Anything you need help with they got you I fully recommend them! My car really damaged came back my car was leaving out the lot as a new car! Thanks Super Auto!

Needed a new place to take my car and found this place. Excellent service, very friendly. My brake replacement and alignment took 2 hours. Will definitely bring my car again.

I've been servicing my vehicle here and they are fast and efficient with repairs. They are thorough and trustworthy. It may not look shabby but a real garage is not supposed to right!?!? I wouldn't go anywhere else but super auto for car repairs.

Horrible customer service! Brought my Lyft rental car here for an oil change and they told me it would be a 30min wait, so I decided to sit there and wait for the work to be done. All of a suddenly they take the tires off the car and change the brakes without informing me. Come to find out they changed the brakes and didn't even have the proper pads to replace them with.

So the wait time went from 30min to and 1 1/2 hours. Then when I ask the rude gentleman why he didn't let me know before hand he was gonna change the breaks and the wait time was gonna go up, his response is "I dont give a fuck if you take the car right now without the pads and kill someone". Please save your time and energy and go somewhere else. This place is horrible.

Super Auto has an agreement with Lyft to provide repair services, oil changes, etc. Very fast, friendly, and always do excellent work. Great customer service deserves the reward of your business!

I had gotten some scratches and scrapes from a car accident and had no idea where to go until my father recommended this little gem of a place on Wednesday (8/16/2017). So with his recommendation and directions to this place, i came and found Deborah who was absolutely amazing in customer service to knowledge on the job needed. She and Mike took a look at the bumper and told me it can be ready by Friday (8/18/2017).

Now i gotta tell ya, i was skeptical about the job being finished in less than two days but they called me on Friday around 1pm and it was ready for me. I am astonished by the speed they work at and the great customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

5 stars to bryan and the team they took real good of my car from power steering pump to bushings and alignment, they went above and beyond to take care of me and my car, my air conditioner has never been colder. If your looking for a reliable and friendly place to service your car then look no further super auto stop. Thanks super auto stop! Ps They have warranty on their parts/repairs. They were super fast as well.

Super Auto Stop was super helpful! I had just purchased a used car and needed to fix up a few things, and they took care of it, no problem, and were really lovely about it. The only downside was that sometimes it was hard to get ahold of someone behind the desk, but even with that, any of the service guys were happy to help when I had a question. They were great!

Seemed like a great, honest shop at first. Came in with a coolant leak, they assessed it and fixed it pretty quick and cheap - $80. Communication was good, very nice people. However, when I returned they told me they had some 'bad news.' And that the problem was not fixed, and was indeed a freeze plug leak and asked if I wanted them to fix it.

When I asked the price, I was quoted $1200+! Because they had to drop the transmission to fix it. Okay, buddy. I just had a complete seal job in the transmission where it had to be dropped, and all for $650. So why would dropping the transmission this time, banging out and in a freeze plug be twice as much? To beat that, I drove for an hour and not a leak.

They indeed fixed the problem and there was no further leaking. So, why were they trying to sell me this? I made an appointment at another shop to check it out to be sure, and if it is indeed a freeze plug issue, I will amend this review according. The mechanic also laughed and told me that 9 times out of 10 the transmission doesn't need to be dropped, and can be maneuvered around.

In short, I got the whole 'let's scam this dude' vibe. ***UPDATE*** My truck was of course still leaking coolant. I brought it to Jim Matson and they fixed it for $300. Basically, this place was on the right track but did not replace the correct hoses to the throttle body. I did not have to drop the transmission to replace this mysterious leaking freeze plug that Super Stop Auto tried to tell me that I had.

I felt rushed as I was explaining the concerns of my car. I asked for tire rotation and it was not done but yet I was being charged for that. I asked for wiper washer fluid and they added water but was charged as if they added washer fluid.
