Highly recommend this business. They fixed my 2013 VW so it runs like its brand new! Very nice show room and waiting area and super pleasant and professional staff. My car wa ready on time and and the final price was exactly as estimated. Very positive experience.

I originally brought my Porsche 944 in for clutch slave cylinder replacement. Repairs were made and I was informed that car runs hot and Eurocar recommended 1200 dollars of engine work, presumably preventative maintenance. Engine ran fine and I hadn't experienced overheating, but authorized maintenance work nonetheless. Car has been back to their shop twice and I couldn't even drive car off the lot even though I was assured everything was working perfectly - it had to be towed to another shop.

My engine has been totally destroyed - head casket problems, water getting into engine oil and cylinders. I'm at my wits end and my advice is not to use this repair shop. Michael and Beverly Wilson, devastated customers

I had a very good experience both times coming here. The first time I came in to fix a BMW that had a whole bunch of problems. After the BMW dealership gave me a 9k repair estimate on a 4k car, Shawn was able to identify the problems that were imminent and fixed those problems for less than $800, and I was able to sell my car without any noticeable problems or check engine lights.

I then purchased a car and the check engine light came on shorty after purchasing it, I took it in and he was able to inform me, after running the codes for free, that it was most likely problems with the spark plugs, and he was able to get the check engine light off, and it hasn't come back on since then, since I've been staying under 4 RPMs. Once I get the $ to repair the spark plugs I will certainly be taking the car back to eurocar-werks, and I don't plan on going anywhere else for repairs.

Quality care in a jiffy. They are incredibly thoughtful about the work they do, while also being affordable. They are personable and take good care of their people. They are also always happy to help educate their customers on car care and problem solving. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent service if you have a Porsche be ready to pay for great service. 11-5-2021 Update I have a 2003 E500 with electrical issues instead of running up a bill they didn't charge me for the initial diagnosis. They could have and I would have paid the bill. That the best you can ask for. Great service excellent get it done attitude and honest. What more can you ask? Check it out. You will be surprised.

Decent shop to have our Porsche worked on. They are a bit busy so beware things may take a little longer than expected. The savings over the dealership makes it well worth it though.

I would, and have, recommended this place to everyone I know. Shawn and Jose are the most professional repairmen I have met and are open and honest with everything about your car. If there is a cheaper option for parts or If there is a work around they will inform you. I have a jaguar F type with exhaust issues and they fixed it in a timely manner. This place is a 10/10, the best bang for your buck in Houston.

I called these guys up last Friday (1/19/2021) and asked if they would have time for me to come in and have an estimate provided to repair light damages on my car. They guy said no, they were too busy, but perhaps I could take some pictures and text them to the number I had called. They would provide an estimate remotely. Well, we're a week later and after a few text inquiring on status, I've come to the conclusion that they don't want or need my business. Just say so though; don't ask me to take pictures. Somebody else got my business. Somebody that wanted it.

Definitely the place to take your European vehicles for all of your automotive needs. Recently had my BMW 335is in for some gremlins. ABS indicator, breaking system malfunction, transmission overheating error, and a few other random warnings. Carlos, Larry and the crew are definitely craftsmen of their work. Jose and crew at the front were definitely informative and kept me updated throughout the process.

My vehicle came in infected and diseased and left cured and running smoother than ever. Their work is reasonably priced, especially for the quality of service. Definitely a happy camper! ~ Bao Chung

Great service, Jose and Sean are very friendly and understanding of any issues I had, I brought a 1983 Porsche 928S, a 1985 Porsche 944 and a 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo with all great results. Highly recommend for quality service at reasonable prices. It's worth spending your money here, they know what they are doing. I drive 90 miles to get there!

I just had my Porsche 911 serviced at Eurocar Werk for an oil change. The price was good and the service was great! I will be back for future needs, thank you!

OMG! This place is absolutely fantastic! Sean is super professional, knowledgeable, kind, and expedient. From the time I walked the door, (even in these covid times), I felt very comfortable. The customer service is top notch. My check engine light came on in my Audi A4. My car was inspected within hours of me dropping it off. Unfortunately, parts needed to be ordered to fix the issue, but I still got my BABY back in less than 2 days. I highly recommend Eurocar Werk.

I can't speak to the auto service, but I can definitely say these guys deserve 5 stars for customer service. I got stranded at the Valero next door to Eurocar Werk in the recent floods and as a new mom had needs that needed tending. I walked in and said that I was a new mom and the gentleman at the desk who called himself "the new guy" told me to say no more and immediately showed me to the women's restroom.

The restroom itself is the cleanest restroom I've ever seen at any automotive establishment. I felt very comfortable and the gentlemen there were extremely respectful and caring. Thanks for helping out "the new mom"!

Regular Eurocar Customer - I have been a customer at this establishment for three years and utilize their services for a Landrover and Porsche Boxster. I purchased these vehicles knowing they have high maintenance costs in general (buy a ford if you want cheap maintenance) and go to Eurocar for all maintenance needs (Major and Minor). I have received excellent treatment and followup from Eric and the staff.

In fact, I had them install a new reman engine on my 2004 landrover. They actually turned down work on this Landrover, due to a known original engine defect, until a high quality engine was located. ERIC worked with me locating the engine and establishing the replacement plan. I am a lifetime customer and believe in good quality work first and foremost. Thanks again Eric for your patience and help, my wife loves the Landrover with a fresh engine. Happy Wife Happy Life. Reggie M

I recently had my car in for a misfiring/check engine light diagnosis. First call from them was (paraphrasing): Service advisor: You have random misfire codes in 5 cylinders. You need to replace plugs and coils. Me: What? I replaced the plugs and coils myself within the last year. Did you test them? Are they all bad? Service advisor: We recommend you replace them. Me: Can I speak to Eric? Eric: Yeah - you have misfires and usually that''s caused by plugs and coils. Me: Plugs/coils are only a year old. this is the first time I have had the check engine light come on.

How can 5 plugs or coils fail overnight? Eric: Well, if you're telling me the plugs/coils are fine then we can look at some other causes. Me: I'm not telling you they're fine, you're the mechanic. I'm only saying they were replaced within a year. Long story short, he did not actually test plugs/coils (but was happy to just throw parts at my car).

He did an oil change to a lighter oil which I changed out within a few days because it was not the proper oil weight for my car. I agreed to having the oil change done because I believed that something was malfunctioning with my engine and it's my only car. I trusted Eric's diagnosis (which he said came from having dealt with this issue before). Misfire problem has not returned, and the only action taken was changing the oil and changing it back. Related story: My friend recently took his car in for a suspension issue on a late model BMW. Got a quote for $10,000! Yes, ten thousand dollars!

I recommended that my friend go to Today's European Cars (who used to work on my previous two cars). Tony at TEC fixed his suspension problem for $900. The other issues that were pointed out in the $10k estimate were either (1) truly not necessary or (2) not necessary yet (e.g. wait until the brake pad light goes on before replacing your pads). Eric truly is a very nice guy.

He seems to know what he's talking about. He likes talking about cars. I really, really don't understand what is going on in his shop, but I can't afford to go back.

I've taken my car to Eric for the last few years. I've found the prices to be fair. They are also good about doing only what is needed and are not aggressive in selling additional services. Note, this is not jiffy lube. They stay pretty busy and you need to allow them time to get to your car. Unless it is something really simple like an oil change, it may take a few days.

I've used Eurocar-Werk for my BMW 650i for the past 4 years and I highly recommend them. If I take the car to the dealer, they always seem to find a way to want to charge me $3k+ for repairs. As an example, I recently just needed a microfilter replaced (a $150 procedure). They told me the car was leaking oil and it needed $3k worth of repairs. Eric looked at it for a few hours and told me it could be fixed for $75.

In general, Eurocar-Werk are honest and seem to find the most cost efficient way of fixing your car. For routine maintenance (such as replacing your break pads), you'll still save 20%+ as compared to using a dealer. They're about as good as you can hope for an independent shop. They know their stuff, they don't invent problems that need to be fixed, and they're significantly cheaper and more honest than the dealer repair shops.

Took my car here because an engine light went on. Was told they could't get my car hooked up to the diagnostic machine until the next day. When they called me back they quoted me $790 to replace the engine intake manifold. Now I had no clue what this was nor how much it should cost, but I thought this was way too much. He said it wouldn't change the performance of my car but I wouldn't pass state inspection.

So I went to go pick up my car to take it somewhere else to get another opinion but said I might bring it back. I was told my car was ready. When I arrived my car was out, hood up, as if they were working on it. Mind you, they did the diagnostic 3 days earlier. Asked for my keys and they said I owed $149 for a diagnosic. 149 to hook my car up to a computer?! Went to get my purse from my car & told my brother what he said.

My brother recommended I ask for a print out of the diagnostic, seemed like a reasonable request. The guy just typed on my invoice what the problem was, no actual paperwork proving the problem. Long story short, he didn't want to argue (or even listen to my brother's reasoning for the seemingly normal request) so he refunded me my money. Took the car elsewhere to have a diagnostic run, only cost $50 for the SAME procedure!

And they said it could be a sensor malfunction on that part, and to just watch it. This place is where I take my car to get the state inspection, so basically it WOULD pass inspection. All in all, will NEVER use this place, and never recommend them again. They are way over priced and want you to do the MOST EXPENSIVE car correction when you can do a simpler solution for ALOT cheaper. Oh and they quoted me $120 for oil change when I can get it for less than $50 at most other places.

Had to have some major work done on my BMW 335. I had it diagnosed at the dealer but the car was out of warranty so I wanted to get another opinion. I heard about this place from a coworker who had good things to say about it, so I checked it out. The guys there seem to really care and enjoy what they do. They explained everything well and saved me a few hundred bucks compared to the dealership price. And as a bonus my car was cleaner than when they cleaned it at the dealer!

I think Eric is a nice guy and I hate to give his establishment anything short of 4 or 5 stars; but I did. The service has has dramatically decreased at this place. I don't know if they were too busy during my visit, short handed, or simply didn't care. It took an entire day before they could get my vehicle on the diagnostic machine. I felt like I was up-sold on maintenance procedures that I didn't fully understand but that may be my fault for not being a gear head.

What irked me was that they would not tell me how much the maintenance procedures would cost until AFTER they were done. Even then, the repair cost they told me on the phone before I came to pick up the vehicle was off by a $100 from the final invoice that was presented to me 30 minutes later. I know I may sound like a spoiled WASP when I say this but even though they detailed my vehicle (for free/ or it was built into the cost) they failed to vacuum the trunk area. Forget the Yelp discount/rebate on your phone App. They've never heard of it.

Much to the chagrin of my family and friends, I can't seem to let go of my 2000 BMW 528i. And after reaching 100k there's been some minor (and major) hiccups along the way. Eric and his team at Eurocar-Werk have been so honest and helpful. It's almost a pleasure to have my car act up! Almost.

I can't say enough nice things about Eric and the team at Eurocar-Werk! After a friend backed into my 5 month old 328i, I went in search of a good body shop to do the work. I went to the dealer as a benchmark, then started pricing out BMW specialists. Eric's estimate was by far the least expensive, and seemingly the most honest! He looked at my car and simply said "I can do that for X dollars" where everyone else had a look then went back to the office and started plugging in numbers and figures into a computer program. ugh.

In the meantime, I came out to my car one day to find that someone had hit my fender and that needed repair too! When I finally had the chance to take the car in, Eric honored the 6 month old estimate I was still hanging onto and quoted a reasonable price on the fender as well. Long story short, 6 days later, I had my beloved car back, it didn't cost me too much of an arm and a leg, and the work is gorgeous. I hope I don't have to come back, but if I need any more work done on my car, Eurocar-werk is the shop for me!
