If I could give this a negative 1000 stars I would. We took our car here after an accident and 4 months later it is fixed. We had to call daily and every single day for the last month they told us it would be ready over the course of a few days and it never was. They ordered parts wrong, messed up things and straight up lied- just a huge mess. We have a special needs daughter this greatly affected by being crammed in our car for months longer than we were told.
We were also told we would be compensated and money would come off the final bill. When we picked the car up the manager refused to speak to us and no money was taken off the bill. I have never had such a terrible experience and pray no one gives this company any more business! Beyond awful experience!

Bad experience! I don't recommend this place, they was fixing my car, when I got my car I found some damage in my car when it wasn't like that. they don't do the right way with the insurance. anyway very bad experience if you want "fix your car" after you will found others damage, the owner Charles or Carlos (he is hispanic)will lie to you all the time and bad customer service. karma come to you all the time!

Terrible follow through and communication. Do not call you back and expect you to read minds as to what steps are necessary before you put your vehicle in their shop. Do not waste time and money on rental vehicle until they tell you they have your parts and ready for you. Otherwise you will have your vehicle in that shop for months on end. It should not be that difficult

The one star is for the nice lady that answers the phone. Otherwise, this place deserves zero. My car has been sitting in this shop for almost 3 weeks with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONE. The times I've tried to call Archie, he does not answer or ever return my calls. When he finally does, he gives me some vague answer like "I'll let you know when I know" and then just never does. the "manager" Charles isn't much better either. It's the lack of communication and customer service for me! No apology, no respect for my time as a customer. I will be picking up my car and taking my business elsewhere!

I was referred to Mezaros by a friend that had used them in the past for body work on their truck. My car was recently hit on the rear end pretty much destroyed the whole back end. I took it to Mezaros after checking out several other body shops who gave me outrageous quotes for the repair. I have to say from beginning to end this place did a fabulous restoration job.
The staff was the best always answering my concerns and keeping me up to date on the work. In the end even I couldn't tell anything had ever happened to my car. If you need any kind of work I totally recommend Mezaros they are the very best!

After the body shop first failed to add oil to her vehicle and returned the car with a windshield crack running across the length of the front window which was not there when we dropped it off and door dings on the passenger side, they claim they did add oil even though my wife driving it and noticed a metal grinding sound and had checked the dip stick for oil and was there only enough to leave a slight stain on the paper towel and added 6 quarts.
In addition, when they did check to see if they added oil they did not drop the oil pan or catch the first cup or two of oil to investigate for metal pieces or bits. They just leveled the oil and reviewed the codes which showed three miss fires for the pistons which would be consistent with them locking up due to no oil. They drove it and did not have any other issues and asked if they could take it to the dealer or have their owner diagnose it since it there was no one there with the knowledge or expertise to do the repairs.
I was under the impression they would take it that afternoon which was last Thursday and learned Friday it was not there due to the body shop keeping the vehicle not per my wishes. As of last Friday the vehicle was sent to the dealership but I did not find out till yesterday (Monday) when we picked up the vehicle that the body shop only conveyed to check for the misfire codes and nothing to do with any engine issues.
After taking receipt of the vehicle from West Houston the vehicle is still having odd sounds from the engine and not performing as it should. In talking to the service advisor we found out they did not not know about any engine issues and that we are needing to take the vehicle back to Meszaros for work and they need to fix the issue. 10/6/2021 Update West Houston is working to review the work but I am not actively working with the Body Shop.
Due to the interaction and the lack of explaining the concerns with the Mechanical Shop and the lack of honoring my request to originally have the vehicle taken on the Thursday I communicated with the advisor, lack of communication or status that the vehicle was at the Body Shop till Friday left my wife concern that the Body Shop was not being as open and honest as they could have been.
Since these developments West Houston has been reluctant to inspect the vehicle and wants the vehicle to be handled with the Body shop. However, in the initial review of the vehicle the Body Shop communicated they did not have the expertise to diagnose the issue with the vehicle. At the current moment the vehicle is sitting in the garage and not being driven due to back and forth. 10/11/2021 -- The gift that keeps on giving Just noticed also now the trunk is not closing properly and it is motorized.
The latch is not clasping correctly and today was the first time to open the truck while looking for an item and found foam and clips from the repair in the rear. Not sure why there was need to be in the trunk. Plus, there is dings in the roof and missing window button to lower the rear window. Great quality craftsmanship. Car had more items damaged at the shop that are new than what was needing to repair.

First off let me start by saying they were highly recommended by West Houston Subaru (where I purchased the car) as they are "Subaru certified." I've used them a few years back with no issues. They have my car now. They submitted my supplemental repairs to the wrong email address even though the insurance company supplied the correct email address.
They sat on my car waiting for a response from the insurance company but it was never received. Due to this, the insurance stopped paying for my car rental and I had to pay out of pocket just to get to work. Now I feel like Simple Goonie is lying to me as she all of the sudden cannot find the original emails she sent to the insurance proving it was sent to the correct address.
She claims the emails may have been deleted. Unbelievable. I'm definitely regretting bringing my car here and am wondering why West Houston Subaru (who has always been great) would recommend this place! So frustrating and unprofessional.

I had an awesome experience with Meszaros. Jordan was very knowledgeable and up front with everything he thought they would have to do to repair my body damage. He wasn't pushy or overly sales driven and he communicated with me the whole time. He said it would take 2 weeks to complete the repairs, and he had it ready for me 4 days earlier than expected. I highly recommend him and this shop!

***ALERT*** DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP The initial date of the incident was on November 21, 2020, and my car was not returned to me until 1/11/2021. There was a tremendous lack of communication between the insurance company and the body shop. The insurance company was able to provide a timeline of communication of the many attempts to reach out to Bobby Goonie.
Due to the extended delays, I had to supplement an additional 768.12$ for rentals and ride-sharing applications. They were unwilling to supplement these costs or provide any type of reimbursement. In addition, not even two weeks after the car was finished the car broke down again. The last time the insurance company had to convince them to conduct a "field test" to ensure the vehicle was in working order.
This was not done voluntarily, only at the insistence of the insurance company. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. Again, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP.

Getting in a accident is never fun or a easy process when dealing with a insurance company, but I am glad my car went to Oscar at Meszaros Motorsport. The insurance company was trying to throw a bunch of aftermarket parts and cutting corners on my new vehicle, but Oscar fought them and my vehicle ended up with original Dealer parts and it looks perfect! It drives like when I took it out the lot. Thank you for helping get my vehicle back!

This body shop did not repair my 2019 Infiniti QX 60 correctly the frame is still not correctly aligned (I can tell by the door jam lines)they used Bondo on the rear corner panel instead of replacing it which I can tell the shape of it is off and the door trim does not lineup with other doors. Back to the rear corner panel the bumper sticking out because of the left rear corner panel is pushing on the bumper causing it to stick out.
So I took it back and they heated it up to manipulate the plastic which it looks funny and it is not the right way to fix it. They did it the easiest and cheapest way to save money. I'm very dissatisfied! I never use these guys again!

These people will keep your car for as long as they can, with the only purpose of squeeze every penny out of the insurance company to the point where the insurance stopped paying for my rental. Poor quality job, had to pointed out obvious imperfections in order to get them fixed. Also, their Mechanics stained all the ceiling cloth. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place.

I've used Meszaros Motor Sports for about 20 years and just picked up my Jaguar after they did a great job repairing some front end damage. Oscar was very helpful in working with the insurance company and keeping us up to date with what was being done and made sure my car was returned in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

Very Happy! Great Service! Took my VW Jetta in for repairs after driver hit my rear back passengers quarter panel. Mark was a great contact at Meszaros that kept me up to date with insurance claims and when the car would be done. He was very helpful and professional! Car came out like new. Will go back again! We went in for a bumper replacement and when we got the vehicle back and reviewed the documentation closely "Garlan" had added $250+ dollars to pad the bill stating there was prior damage to the vehicle. This is an obvious error. There was zero damage other than replacing the bumper which is why we were there in the first place. We went over the costs prior to the work and approved it all.
At no time did anyone or ourselves suggest or point out prior damage. We were in a hurry trying to manage some medical arrangements and did not see the extra $250 and he certainly did not point it out. Be very very cautious dealing with this place. We nolonger trust them.

West Houston Volkswagen suggested Meszaros Motor Sports as their go-to for body work. Took my car there due to a collision with a chair on the freeway that severely damaged my passenger headlight, hood, and fender. Meszaros was professional and kind throughout the whole transaction updating me with progress on a friendly first name basis. The end result of the repair work was superb. Returned my vehicle in one week cleaned, waxed, and ready to drive. Would highly recommend this shop over any suggested from your insurance carrier if you are repairing your Volkswagen.

I was beyond impressed on the professionalism and the quick turnaround of my vehicle. My service advisor went out of his way to expedite the delivery of a rental vehicle and walked me through the plans for the repair of my own vehicle. Yes, this is the best Collision Center in Houston. I came here attracted by some recent reviews and they exceeded my expectations by a lot. All the staff is great, but, the one taking care of us Oscar: he is amazingly diligent. They are honest, fast, do a superb job, defend your case versus the insurance companies. No reason to go other place. I will continue coming here. Thanks Oscar!.

Had my VW Passat fixed perfectly and in record time. Daniel took care of everything and kept me updated. Charles is probably the nicest person I've ever met. Extremely courteous and polite. Car was returned to me spotlessly cleaned. I have been recommending this body shop for years. Have had several things fixed by them. Consistently good work and excellent service, every time.

These guys just earned a extra star! We took our BMW to Meszaros yesterday because the engine cover under the car was loose and hanging. As there were a couple screws missing, we figued we would need to purchase a new cover. The tech took a look at it and 10 minutes later he walked in and told us he fixed it. Huh? Well, that's awesome! How much? Nothing. Nothing? Huh? Well, that's awesome!
