The people at Memorial Conoco ate honest and kind. I've been coming here for a long time. They are part of the fabric of our neighborhood.

Mike is the best! I'm in college and dont always know the most about cars but he goes above and beyond to help and makes sure I'm in good shape. Can't say enough good thingsReally appreciate all the help over the years. Definitely recommend!

Great people a professional service staff and top notch Mechanic's

It's an absolute travesty that this Service station is less than 5 stars. Having worked at a gas station as a young man, I feel like I have decent authority. Never ripped off. Always friendly. Never ripped off. Did I say never ripped off? Friendly management with good manners. Hardworking and prompt service. If you are in memorial, consider yourself blessed to be in the presence of greatness.

Mike and Kendra were responsive and professional. I had my A/C promptly repaired on my Nissan Pathfinder and the A/C works much better than ever before. It's been one of the easiest and pleasant repair experience I've ever had.

Mike is honest & his staff is helpful and polite. I anticipated spending much more on my car service but Mike let me know what services I needed and clarified which I did not. How often do you spend less on car service than you had planned?! I'm a client for life.

I've taken my car there many times, once quoted me 1200$ for a radiator repair. Part cost was 100$ and it took me less than 2 hours to replace. He overcharges on pretty much anything you ask him. He also said he would have to charge me more for some other work done because I had aftermarket modifications that would be tough to work around. Overall just always felt like he was trying to pull a deal on me. Oh and he charged me 70$ just to trouble shoot my car even though I told him what was wrong with it.

Mike, Richard, and the rest of the crew up at Conoco have helped my son and I on a number of vehicles over the past few years. So much so that they are the only shop in town I wanted working on my Grandfather's 86 Ford F150 which he bought brand new in 86 and I now own. They have always treated us well, fixed what needed fixin', but didn't try to sell a bunch of unneeded services.

Their work is good, priced reasonable, and most importantly I trust them to do what's right. This it my shop without a doubt. Just wish they worked on motorcycles as well but hey first world problems right?

When I lived in Memorial area, I heard nothing but good things from the neighbors about this Conoco station. I had to see for myself, and I agree with all the great comments. Personal, trustworthy, friendly, and here's my favorite: FULL SERVICE PUMPS! (if you choose). Need your tires aired and water level checked/refilled while gas is pumped? Done with a smile. Old School. The way I like it! I've since moved 20 miles away, but I go out of my way to give my business to this fine team of professionals.

Mike and the entire team at Memorial Conoco are great. They run it right, are honest and you can trust them for the life of all your cars.

We love this place. No Bull, no sales pitches, just good, honest car care! Better than Ny dealership and always upfront about ANYTHING you may need and the prices are discussed prior to any work being done. We havr taken all our fars here for the passed decade. Best auto repair/maintenance place in town. Mike goes out of his way for each one coming in. The pumps are off on Sundays. just an FYI.A

Treating myself to a full set of run flat tires since my car didn't come equipped with a spare. Got a great price & as always, great service!

As others have said, Mike is a straight shooter, and is very persiable and helpful. cannot recommend them enough.

The first time I went to this place was five minutes after they closed on a Saturday. My tire was low on air and I needed to get it checked. The guys were very nice about it and even plugged the hole in my tire for me for only like $5. It was a big deal because I had to drive out to magnolia the next morning to get my daughter from summer camp. I will always chose this place to take my car to.

Recently moved to Houston from NOLA and had some trouble with my truck's charging system on Saturday-to the extent that the truck DIED. Choose this place because it was close and there was a personal response from the owner on a previous review (I like personal involvement). Long story short, needed a new battery and alternator. Not only did they get the repair done Saturday, they also went out of their way to go retrieve the truck for me with their own staff- which saved me about $80 over calling a tow truck.

At the end of the day, the repair cost was reasonable, the delivery time was AWESOME, the staff was super friendly and they went out of their way to listen and HELP. I highly recommend this place and will likely use them again should the need arise.

I have been working with these guys for about 3 years. They always take care of me! I just left today and I thought I needed a Alternator (that's what Triple A told me) and after they ran a test on my car all I needed was a battery. You know most of the time when you are a female some mechanics will try to get over BUT NOT THESE GUYS! They are completely honest and straight forward about what needs to be done. Have lived in Wilchester for years. Been here for repairs only twice. First time several years ago was a bad experience. This time around my wife took our daughters car in for a tire repair. First off, would not accept our Spartan discount card, and the tire did not hold air after their repair. I took it back and instead of offering an apology for the extra trip, they stated there was no evidence of a prior repair and they must have repaired a different tire on the car.

I told them same wheel/tire, and they said they'd need to check all the other tires to see if any had been repaired. I'm 50 plus and really would take the time to go rotate my tires to get 2 flats repaired for the price of one?! Worst customer service orientation encountered anywhere in the area.won't go back and won't let my wife or daughter go back either.

This Conoco station in our neighborhood claims to be full service. Don't send your young-teen son up there to get gas for the lawn mower. They'll not help him when he asks for help and laugh as he spills it all over himself. We will NOT go there ever again.
