My sons transmission went out in his truck in the middle of the night and I called express transmission's first thing in the morning and spoke with Mike and he said I can have it towed right away to the shop and they would take care of me. They sure did in the exact time I was told and everything . Great customer service wonderful staff and reasonable prices. I was so thankful and grateful for them I definitely recommend that anyone needing any transmission service go here and ask for Mike

Communication was awesome. I will say I wanted to save a little money and provide my own part. Was told they didn't have a week or two to wait for delivery. Took 25 days from that conversation before my vehicle was ready. So I probably wouldn't go there again but Mike was definitely awesome customer service any questions or concerns I had he was there to address them. I've had my car back for a week on this Friday, so far so good no complaints on the work that was performed.

I have known Steve for quite some time. Its not everyday you need transmission work, but it was nice to know that Epress Transmission is still there and running strong. This is important because what good is a warranty if they go out of business 6 months later. I drove all the way from Cobb Ca to bring him my truck because everyone else was blowing smoke, " Yes even the dealer in Santa Rosa did not know what they are doing!". Steven knew what the problem was and instead of just trying to sell me a whole transmission he rebuilt the one I have for way cheaper.
You have to understand most all replacement transmissions are rebuilt anyway unless you buy it straight from the manufacturer and even then they fail! My truck is now running good and Steve honored the original quote even though it took more work and parts! George Ceja

Well I begin with quote. First was one price, after test drive higher then after taking it apart it was a lot more. $2900 to $3600. I was told they do this transmission all the time so how could they been so far off from first quote. Now the good. Very Curtis, Knowledgeable got the vehicle done when they said it would be. And it shifts perfectly. They found a shift cable about to break after letting me know replaced it. I do recommend them. But only 4 stars because of quote.

I do not recommend I had my Pontiac towed there transmission broke they had it for 2 1/2 weeks cost me $3644.00. They leave the keys in the cars parked outside I had one of my door handle covers swapped rear driver doesn’t match. A small red cover over the fuse box was broken I also started getting a clunking sound when I turn so as I was checking things out I found driver side tie rod leaking grease and it was only a year old with 1600 city miles on it also the driver side cv axle had sprayed grease all around leaking under the band they should’ve noticed that being they had to remove it to take the transmission out but that wasn’t the clunking sound turns out my rack n pinion bolts were loose again it was a year old with 1600 miles on it if it would’ve come loose would’ve happened sooner. I know my car inside and out as I normally do all the work this is why I don’t trust shops but they did do a great job fixing the transmission
