This is my second time taking my car in and even though I moved to the Bay Area I brought my car in here because everyone is really helpful. Zack is the person who I has taken care of my car the two times. I would highly recommend coming here.

First and foremost, I'd like to thank AFD Body Shop for their services. From the front counter, to the estimator, everything was perfect. My pride and joy, 2018 Jeep TrackHawk, was damaged severely by a lady who ran a stop sign. My entire front end was shifted out of place, engine lost all coolant, and every airbag was deployed. After tear down, they estimated roughly $61k in damages to my vehicle.

Of course, insurance being insurance, they wanted to fix my vehicle, instead of salvaging it out, in order to save themselves money. After extensive back and forth with insurance, we finally reached a decision that the vehicle was beyond repair. My estimator, Kevin Novicki, really felt where I was coming from when I explained my concern for the $61k damage to my car.

No one wants their car back after having an entire front end repaired, rails replaced, engine block replaced, and all airbags replaced. The vehicle will never have the same integrity that it had when it was new. Kevin understood this. He communicated with the insurance adjuster on my behalf, and based on his recommendations, they agreed to risk the vehicle.

Long story short, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results. Even though I didn't not get repair work done here, I would choose AFD to repair any vehicle I have in the future. The way they conducted business was genuine and honest. Thanks Kevin and AFD! Paul and Julia were awesome. Their service was phenomenal. They call and follow up to make sure your up to date with your car. The communication was above and beyond.

About a week and a half ago I had a freak accident. My garage door and the rear spoiler of my car had an unfortunate meeting. The rear spoiler cracked in the scuffle with the garage door. Not good. My husband called our service agent at the dealership. A few days later he called me and recommend AFD Body shop. My husband called AFD and spoke with Joe. Joe was incredibly helpful.

My husband sent him photos of my spoiler and other information he needed. Joe was friendly, kind, and committed to making sure that the correct spoiler was ordered with the correct paint color. He has an awesome sense of humor that my husband thoroughly enjoyed because he has a great sense of humor too. Julie works really well with Joe. She provided the estimate for ordering, removing the damaged spoiler and replacing it with the new one.

As soon as the new spoiler arrived Joe called my husband and Julie worked with us to set up the installation appointment. When I arrived to AFD Body Shop I walked in and everyone was so welcoming. After leaving my keys at the front desk I sat down to wait for the information regarding installing my new spoiler. I didn't have to wait long. Julie walked over to inform me about the plan for my car.

She showed me through the window I was sitting across from that I could see my car and the spoiler being removed and the new one installed. Julie took me to see my vehicle after the damaged spoiler was removed and I had an opportunity to meet the experts caring for my "chariot". They were so friendly and knowledgeable. Joe came out to meet me and he was just as kind in person as he was over the telephone.

The whole process took about an hour but it felt like 30 min. Check out was seamless and Julie walked me out to my car. All Foreign & Domestic Body Shop is absolutely the BEST! The professionalism, customer service and expertise of this body shop is what every vehicle owner should desire and AFD Body Shop doesn't disappoint. If you are looking for perfection, it's not achievable, no business is perfect however, AFD Body Shop comes pretty doggone close!

My BMW X5 was rear ended 3 weeks into owning it. All Foreign and Domestic Collision Center was recommended as a BMW Certified shop so it was a no brainer. I picked it up today good as new. Shout out to Bijan, Chris and the crew for getting by car back to new again. Job well done fellas. Much appreciated. I'm as happy with your work as I was when I bought my car.

I had a good experience here, they fixed my car after an accident and I haven't had an issue with it. Only problem is that I was told it would take 3 weeks an it took almost 2 months. Also as I picked it up noticed it was missing a center cap on my wheel which they said they would send it by mail and I haven't received anything. But they gave me good service every time I had to talk with someone there.

Don't know much about that spot, but the taco truck in front of it was pretty dang good. Don't have much for Stockton, but this boosted its credibility a little bit lol

I love AFD my go too body shop. I have delt with zack a couple of times and he's amazing. I would say more but, I'm driving lol. Will always go here for my Mercedes

This place is ran by folks with high integrity. Had a chance to meet Allen today. Really knowledgeable guy who was able to answer my questions/address my concerns. They've been in business for a really long time I'd happily make the trek out here even if it meant driving in from Sacramento. Keep up the great customer service. I recently took my car here after being in a hit & run. my insurance had recommended them & worked with them directly so it was very easy & hassle free. i am super glad i went here because they had really great customer service! Bijan was the tech who came out to greet me & was super helpful, he went above & beyond to make sure all my questions & concerns were answered. he made sure to keep in touch with me about any changes that were being made on the invoice & updated me on the completion status of the repairs! he made this whole experience super enjoyable. ASK FOR BIJAN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM HE WAS AMAZING!

Excellent customer care from start to finish! I needed a door alignment and It was done professionally and efficiently in the same day. They even fixed my seat and washed my car as a courtesy. I will definitely use their service again.

My car had side view mirror broken and I went to All Foreign & Domestic Body Shop as recommended by my Insurance, my service buddy was Sanjay and he provided estimates and delivered car on time, to my surprise he also complementary cleaned vehicle which was very nice gesture. On reception team is really good in responding calls and very good in communication. They also helped getting car rental as it was not covered in my insurance. I highly recommend this shop.

My car was rear ended, lots of damage unfortunately. My mechanic recommended All Foreign. Luckily they are a preferred shop for my insurance and the lady that hit me, her insurance company. Justin Riccobono was my contact. Justin was very professional, knowledgeable, considerate and communicated with me in a timely manner. My car was done when they told me it would be, even a day early.

And it looks fantastic! The front office staff were great too! Always pleasant on the phone and in person. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I will definitely go back.

Took my Model 3 Tesla for some rear end damage. My overall experience was great! Communication, repairs, and expectations exceeded my expectations. Front staff was friendly and helpful. I have dealt with several body shops in the past and AF&D body shop by far has been my best experience over all. From my repair, I was assigned to Paul, he deals specifically with Teslas. Paul was awesome.

He was very knowledgeable of Teslas and explained every step of the repair. He did explain to me how Tesla parts take a little longer to get from Tesla(3-4) weeks. This came to be true but this is something that they have no control over since it's on Teslas end. Fortunately my car was still drivable but if you have a Tesla, expect a little longer wait time for parts.

Once my car was in for repair, it was repaired in a very reasonable time and was actually finished 3 days ahead of schedule! Throughout the repair I received a couple of calls from Paul to update me on the progress and he also emailed me pictures of the car during the repair process. When I received my car, it was perfect. Even all my after market additions like spoiler, chrome delete, and protective wrap was spot on. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this body shop, especially if you have a Tesla since this is one of the only Tesla certified shops in the area.

I had a hit and run two years ago on the tail light of my 2006 Toyota Tundra, and the tail light cover had come off a few weeks ago (I am thinking someone had taken it off). I called AF&D, and was asked to come in the following day so that someone could inspect the part. I arrived and was promptly assisted by Alan, who was professional and considerate of my concerns.

He was able to have a replacement part ordered, called me on the day the part arrived, and I was able to get the replacement taken care of in less than 20 minutes. To many this may seem like an in inconvenient, pain in the rear repair, but Alan made it feel personable and I sincerely appreciate that when it comes to customer service. No repair is too big or too small for AF&D; they always provide excellent service and no matter what car issues I have, they have been my first and only choice.

The clerical staff was also incredibly professional! While sitting in their lobby I heard then talk to customers on the phone and they don't miss a beat. Keep up the great work, AF&D!

Let's start with the customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable respectful and on point. From the ladies behind the desk to Marcus my adjuster and everyone that worked on my car toget it repaired and back to me fast and well done guys. I felt like I bothered him alot lol. But at the end of a day I would bring my business to them. Craftsman ship is on point. Very knoll staff hands down. Thanks again guys!

These folks are great. Full Stop! Everyone is always highly motivated and friendly. If you're not aware, any operation that is authorized to service Tesla models has to be top notch as only the highest quality work is required to satisfy their standards. If they can handle that, they can handle anything exceptionally well. They use all the latest technologies and estimates are quick and easy.

They simply come out and take a series of photographs and you're done. They do their calculations while you go back to your day and email you the results in an hour or two. Their shear size and reputation ensures you'll be pleased. If there's a downside it isn't anything they can be faulted for since there's just so much work due to the shear volume of accidents this area produces. Your repair may take a little while, which all shops are struggling with.

Got in an accident in my 2020 BMW M340i. I was devastated. Had my car towed to All Foreign and they took care of me. They handled everything with the insurance and got on them when they didn't want to handle certain things. Justin kept me very updated and answered any questions I had. It took a while at no fault of theirs but they kept updating me throughout the process. I wouldn't trust my vehicles going anywhere else. If you need any work done make sure you talk to Bijan or Justin!

I had my 2012 Acura TL repaired here twice. This facility is absolutely Top-Notch! The repair shop itself is very clean and tidy, employees are extremely professional, and the ladies running the front are super-sweet & Sexy! I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family- without hesitation. A heads-up: they stay very busy. so you will have to book an appointment probably a week ahead of time. But. when you receive your car back; it will be Professionally (Capital P) repaired and clean inside and out! Great team here!

These guys are awesome! Friendly, efficient, fast and very on top of communication. They made a horrible situation so easy for me. I would say I can't wait to see them again but hopefully I don't haha. I wish there was 100 stars I could give these guys. I will never take my vehicles to another place ever again! My car also looked amazing!

I forgot to mention that their work is so good because their customer service is so awesome! My car looks better then brand new. I would highly recommend All Foreign and Domestic!

Went for an estimate on my car that was hit. Very good customer service. They were very quick getting my estimate done and was fast getting it wrote up. I would recommend this place for your auto body needs!

Came here to get my Honda fixed from a hit & run. This place was highly recommended. Alex the receptionist was very helpful at answering any questions I had over the phone. They work directly with your insurance so you didn't have to do much on your part, they took care of everything. BIJAN worked with us and he had phenomenal customer service! He'll be sure you and the car are taken care of. Once we picked up the car, it looked brand new again! Definitely recommend this place and to work with Bijan if you need to get car repairs done.

AFD to always get the job the done. A big thank you to Allen! He was able to purchase a lightbulb for me separate from my repairs. Because I requested to keep the same bulbs during repairs but I notice it had been change. So he went out of his way to order and install the new bulbs after I already picked up my completed car. Vejay N. was amazing and updated me every step of the way. He always sounded sincere about my concerns and made sure to get my vehicle up to my standard! In addition, despite my complicated and unusual requests with my after market parts, he went the extra mile to ensure everything went well and the install went smoothly. I would recommend this shop to any and all of my friends. I won't go to any other!

This is by far one of the best shops out there! John took care of me right away. This shop is very professional and has great customer service! It took one week for my vehicle to be fixed but it was due to normal things that take a process to fix. AFD always takes care of my family vehicles and delivers professional results. I work in customer service and congratulate this shop. Excellent work guys and gals!
