Nathan, Richard and the team at Alta view Complete Car Care do great work, are completely honest and are amazing to work with. We are extremely happy with how they have serviced and repaired all of our cars for many years. They also have a Toyota certified mechanic and they service our sons 4Runners. This is a shop you can trust.

We were traveling through on a road trip when we had a rattling noise from the front end. Looking up shops, I picked Alta Vista because of the location to my hotel. They made an extra effort to fit the van into their existing schedule and did a safety check. While I somewhat expected to be taken advantage of because I wasn't local, they didn't even charge me and they gave me good advice what to do next. I wish I had them local to me because I got treated well and would love to give them more business. Great guys that did me a solid favor.

The men who work at Alta View Auto Care are so kind. My terrible license plate wouldn't come off so I popped in to see if they could help me real quick.well, "real quick" turned into 45 minutes of them working so incredible hard to finally get it off. Rusty screws are no joke! I am so grateful to them and will definitely be back!

In town for a trip and the check engine light came on. They were nice enough to check the status and luckily they were able to fit me in. Highly recommend.

These guys are fantastic, very reasonable pricing and helpful with repairs they have made to my truck. I needed flushes, differentials, and there were some electrical problems that I have been having. Took it into Ford Dealership and they immediately said everything would be about $3300 out the door. Took to these guys and Nathan and Richard are great and said that they don't want to do more repairs than necessary and only needed to do a few things totaling $1300 out the door. Love it when mechanics are reasonable instead of just trying to bill you for everything. Definitely going to them for future needs.

This was my first time visiting the shop. it was very clean and organized and the repair came out as expected at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and would recommend these guys.

They were prompt and communicated with both me and my dad because I'm the stereotypical lady who is not knowledgeable about cars. They were really understanding! They even gave me a rental car so I could drive around and get lunch and shop while they repaired my car for a few hours!

My transmission blew up less than 2 days before I was to move across the country. And on the 4th of July weekend. Richard was amazing at communicating everything with me. My options and what he recommended. I made the decision to have them install a new transmission after they did a detailed check of all major systems. They were able to complete the repairs before I had to leave for my cross country adventure. These guys are seriously awesome.

The guys here went above and beyond to resolve a miscommunication about a repair authorization between the shop and me (something was lost in translation with my mom). The guys here not only didn't charge me for the repair but they even refunded me for the diagnostic as well to make things right. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys are honest and will take good care of you. Highly recommend

Guys are great. They have fixed many issues others have screwed up on. Always honest and upfront. Not always the absolute cheapest but as I have found out that isn't always the best route. They are careful with staying behind the plexiglass and wiping down all things after use from keys to credit card. I trust these guys with any car I have taken in and they have always found the main issue and taken care of it. Thanks guys.

Alta View Tires and Service has been our go to place for the last several years. These guys offer the best customer service I have ever received. They are honest, helpful, and always make me feel welcome. I've been bringing my Subaru to them for years and can't imagine bringing it anywhere else! During one especially cold spell one winter, my car was having some issues and just needed to warm up and thaw out. When they realized I didn't have a garage, they offered to let me leave my car in the shop overnight free of charge and gave me a ride home.

On another occasion, I was having trouble describing a sound my car was making, so the mechanic got in the car with me to drive a few blocks and diagnose the problem. When I came in for a simple oil change, they noticed that my registration was almost up and informed me that I could update the tags right then and there through the shop - I had no idea! They put the new sticker on and everything! Can't recommend this shop enough.

Excellent service. Last year I got brand new tires and when I started to drive with them I noticed a slight wobble. I brought my truck back in and they rebalanced all four tires, but the wobble continued. After a second visit it was deemed that the tires were defective, and they got all new ones. Once installed these have been just great. Fast forward to this year, and I had winter tires with studs put on.

They will store my regular tires until Spring, then will swap the two sets. The install on this second set was great, and I love the storage service. We are also getting the tires on my wife's car done here.

Great service. Always up front and honest with me about what needs to be done and what the various options are. They always seem to be able to fit me in. They make sure the job is done right. I have old cars. Sometimes it requires tinkering to get things right. On a few occasions where the result wasn't what I had anticipated, they fixed the issue without a fuss. I send my family members here without reservation. I feel taken care of.

Excellent customer service. These guys are honest and really know their stuff. They always fit us in and do a great job. Originally, I took my car to Alta View, by recommendation, for a Bluestar Inspection. Eddie, a true professional, gave me a quick, concise evaluation and incredibly reasonable set of estimates on recommended fixes and concerns for my car. I have been proceeding with the repairs and maintenance, and have been elated with their efficiency and price.

It can be so dicey when you search for a new shop, and makes one relieved and comforted when you discover a group you can wholeheartedly trust and depend on to do an excellent job. THESE GUYS MOST CERTAINLY DO!. TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM. I will, always!

They did a great job on my truck! Very professional and honest! They had to fix the heater. That means tearing out the entire dashboard. It was a big job that they made sure was done right.

Our teenager had break problems on a recent trip to Snowbird. We were far away from our own auto shop so turned to Yelp for help. Glad we did! We had courteous and efficient service and were able to get him road worthy and safe for canyon driving in no time. Thanks Yelpers!

I can't afford $150 cost I wasnt informed of ahead of time for a suggestion of repair along with the cost of the oil change I needed. It doesn't make any sense. I asked for oil change and if they'd mind taking a look for anything wrong since I had some recent performance issues and sorely overdue for the oil change. Next time, say you're going to charge a fortune to take a look when the customer asks. You think people are just made of money if they drive a car over 20 years old? I don't think so

We have been taking our cars to Alta View for the last 15 years. They are always fantastic. It's great to have such great honest service. I would not take my cars anywhere else. If you want fast, dependable service, take you cars there. The staff is super friendly too!
