Nightmare of a story. to make it short, car was stolen in front of my sons school - recovered after 29 days, I insisted on using Gerry and Ultimate collision and never regretted that decision. absolute class act and very professional staff. highly recommended Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I got my Tesla Model 3 repaired here and had a great experience. I can not be more happy with the service. Bridgette and Marissa went out of their way to ensure i was always informed and i got my car back as soon as possible while ensuring all my concerns were thoroughly addressed. They did all the coordination with Tesla and my insurance ensuring a seemless experience for me. Would definitely recommend to all.

Really great experience, they always keep you I loop and car looks brand new even after an accident. Tesla takes their sweet timr to deliver body parts but ultimate collision keeps you updated every step of the way. It did take some time for me to get the csr back but it was worth it. Next time go forbit my car needs reapir I'd definitely go to ultimate repair.

I am giving five stars because they did an outstanding job with the vehicle. It looks brand new like fresh from the dealership. Actually it looks better than how I received it from the dealership. If you know about all of Tesla's quality issues. The only minor gripe I would say is that they had put the wrong battery in my vehicle so I was getting error codes. However, it was remedied at no cost to me.
I will warn though if you use these guys and are paying for a rental out of pocket, be advised that they take their time. With rental prices these days that is something you should know. Other than that staff was courteous and professional. Especially one of the Techs, Anthony.

My Tesla Model Y was hit in the back left after only have about 3K miles on it. They conducted the estimate, ordered the parts and then scheduled a date for me to bring it in. The car repair was completed a little over 2 months later. I was very pleased with their work. It was disappointing to have my new car get damaged but I was so thankful that Ultimate Collision did a great job getting the car to like new. Thanks to the team at Ultimate Collision for making the experience manageable and helping with peace of mind that the car was repaired to highest standards.

Jerry (owner) is a man of his word. Their work is top notch. I had never been in a collision and this was my first experience. I chose Ultimate because they are Ford certified. We went through HELL with Allstate (at fault insurance). I am pleased with Ultimate's work on my 2021 full sized pickup. Do not use the Hertz nearby-they have no selection. Use enterprise. Jerry, thank you for setting expectations with me up front about Allstate. You were honest through the whole process.

I took my car here after getting into an accident. I needed work done immediately since I was moving out of town. Kevin did an incredible job in making sure my car was ready for me. Kevin R. Is very professional and personable with a good attitude. The work done on my vehicle was top notch. I left with the feeling that I did not have to worry about the issue anymore after it was fixed. I recommend this shop and Kevin R. They do an exceptional job and are very friendly and helpful. They also let you know how long the job will take and are punctual when it's time to give you back your fixed vehicle.
