Avoid at all costs. Absolute train wreck of a service facility. They do not answer phones, respond to emails, return voicemails. Employees claim to not know who their manager is. @peterbiltmotors should be ashamed to have their logo hanging on this building

Their parts Dept is terrible. Nobody answers the phone, long lines and wait at the counter, special order items cant be made over the phone. It's a clown show.
