T & S Body Works/Auto Glass

I spoke with four auto body shops prior to this company. All of them couldn't have cared less about me. I was just a number/name on a list. One of them had to be asked twice by my insurance agency to set up an appointment with me but they still never called. Carstar went above and beyond to help. They were able to get me in 3 weeks before any other shop.

Their work was flawless and just as important to me, they value their customers. This is a family owned business and that is exactly how they treat their customers. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

I had my cadilytic converter stolen which was a horrible experience but the staff here were wonderful to work with and very helpful especially Adam and Austin! They were always willing to take the time to explain everything to me and do anything they could to help me! Such a different experience than when i called their competitors who were rude from the get go. I'm so glad i went with CARSTAR!

I've had my car in twice for repairs at this body shop. Their work is fantastic. There is no visible evidence that it has ever been repaired, that I can see. The paint match is perfect and evenly blended. I would prefer a little better communication from them. I was given time estimates a couple times that turned out to be wrong, and they made no attempts to call and update me. I assume some of that's not entirely within their control (waiting on parts, etc), but a quick phone call would have been appreciated.

They were excellent. The work was completed earlier than the original estimate. The quality of the work was the best. I've used them before when my son was learning to drive and had a couple of accidents. The customer service was a 10! Highly recommend them! Service: Body & Trim

My beloved Chevrolet S10 was taken here after being hit and they did a fantastic job of getting some hard-to-find parts and getting my truck fixed. Since it's almost 20 years old, I was afraid it was going to be totaled but Carstar T&S got it fixed and I am so happy! They matched the paint and did a beautiful job on my baby. We have had other vehicles repaired there in the past and have never been dissatisfied with their work. I highly recommend this body shop

Due to supply chain issues, had to wait a bit longer than expected. Otherwise, car looked very nice. Only problem was driver brake assist mechanism not calibrated before pickup. This necessitates a return visit.

They did pretty good work but it took almost a whole month longer than I was quoted. Additionally, I discovered the wheel well cover was not reinstalled and was placed inside of my trunk! Other reviews have also stated that they did not fully reinstall all of the parts they were supposed to. As for the timing of it all I was told parts were being delayed due to COVID. Fine.

Then there was a delay with my insurance. Then their staff called out for 9 days and they didn't touch my car during that time. All in all it took almost 2 months for them to fix my car, a full 25 days later than it was supposed to be. I would look elsewhere for your repair work because of the poor communication, staffing issues, sloppy work, and lengthy repair times.
