This place is wonderful! We are traveling in our van and needed a piece for our alternator. They let us ship the piece to their store and they installed it very quickly. These guys are so awesome! I highly recommend them!

Cary's Auto is a very honest and fair shop. I was tired of going to the dealerships and getting quick fixes and a month later I would be back in spending even more money. Carey's did a full engine and transmission replacement - great job! The replacement was from a salvage and after the engine and transmission were installed they identified that the salvaged transmission was not sounding right. So they took the time to put another transmission in that sounds and works fine. A salvaged engine and transmission replacement is a nice economical option to have as used car prices are soaring.

I got the motor mounts replaced on my car and they were fast, friendly, and the price knocked my socks off. It was literally half the price of the quote I got from another shop. My car runs so smooth. I now have replaced my previous auto shop and am so pleased. Friendly, honest, speedy, reliable. I can't say enough about how relieved and thankful I am.

Cary's is amazing. My wife and I were in a car accident right in front of their shop. Chris happened to hear the crash and came running over. He was basically the first responder. He calmed us down and made us feel like everything was going to be okay. From there, they helped us every step of the way through that ordeal. It was comforting to know that they were in our corner, and they answered all of our many questions promptly. Needless to say, Chris and the rest of the team at Cary's are honest, professional and trustworthy.

By far the best auto service in Arizona. I've been bring my cars here for years and have never been disappointed. The work is high quality. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly honest. Over the years they've done everything for me from oil changes and fluid replacements to suspension and even engine repairs on several different vehicles. They've always been great to work with: prompt, communicative, and high-quality. I've never felt I was being pushed any service that wasn't going to be really helpful for keeping my vehicles running well for years.

Simply OUTSTANDING service! It's not easy to find honest, reasonably priced auto service and these guys are fantastic! I bought an older Isuzu Trooper and it needed a little work and these guys did a great job of letting me know what it needed, and which things were most important to do first. I'm extremely happy with the honesty, and open communication during the process! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I brought my 2013 Prius which needed a new radiator. Brought the car Tuesday 4.45pm, and got a call the very next day at 1pm to let me know it was ready for pick up. Cary's Auto Service has done all the work on my cars for 14 years. I've never been happier with the service they provide. Probably the best way to describe there work is that they are thorough, fair, and most of all trustworthy. I wouldn't think of taking my cars to anyone else.

Cary and his team were extremely helpful with getting me back into my car as quickly as possible after my accident. Cary continued to update me and give me options whenever possible. There was no pressure whatsoever. My car is better than before and I have Cary and his team to thank for that. Being a single mom, its nice to be able have faith and trust in a mechanic. Ever since we had it worked on by Cary's it has never worked the same! Again after we received it fans were still unplugged and it's run terribly!

We heard about Cary's Auto Service from a friend, who received a strong referral from another friend. They told us all about Cary's quick turn around, honest approach and quality service. We didn't hesitate to bring our 2009 Toyota Corolla in for an inspection, and we were highly impressed with the affordable repairs that were recommended to keep the vehicle (120K miles) in tip-top shape.

More recently, Cary and his team found that the rear brakes in our 2014 Honda CR-V weren't properly installed by a local dealership. The brake caliper mount bolts were not fully tightened and we had been driving without any rear brakes! Chris documented the issue and personally guided us through the process of contacting the dealership in order to receive a refund on: A) the original brake job and B) Cary's repair. Chris also helped us negotiate a FREE, full inspection by the dealership to correct issues related to our last repair with them.

I can't thank the team at Cary's Auto Service enough for going above and beyond to help us. You won't find a better mechanic in terms of work ethic, communication, and general helpfulness.

For starters, Cary is one of the nicest and most honest business men I've encountered throughout my driving career. I had some issues with my bumper and headlight; took my car in and Cary fixed it up right away! He even did a thorough check of my car to make sure that everything was running smoothly for my upcoming trip to San Diego! His prices are affordable and never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Best part? He texted me a couple weeks later to make sure everything was still up to par. Getting your car repaired can be scary because of price gouging and lying. I didn't experience any of that at Cary's and what a relief. Chris was a great honest communicator and the work they did restored my confidence in people and my wife's car. It's refreshing to know there are still honest people doing auto repair and Cary's Auto Service is the best I have experienced.

This review is long overdue. I took my 07 Tundra to him a couple years ago to get my water pump replaced and do some routine maintenance. He got everything done very quickly and didn't try to sell me on getting unnecessary/expensive repairs like so many other places are notorious for. He was recommended to me by a friend of mine that owns an auto shop, who told me he would trust his own car with him.

I read through some of the reviews and the same words kept coming up: honest, fair, friendly, trustworthy, etc. From my experience, they are spot on. I have a friend that asked my advice on where to take her car because her AC went out. I immediately told her to take it to Cary's, which prompted me to write this review. Hopefully she has the same experience that I, and everyone else on Yelp, had!

I wanted to leave this feedback for anyone who's looking for a kindhearted reliable and most importantly HONEST mechanic. Yes one does exist can you believe it?! They have been taking care of my cars & my daughters car. They really go above and beyond what a normal mechanic would do and work with you. I'm so glad that I found this company they have been a lifesaver.

They do great work and never charge you for things you don't need which is typical of a lot of automotive places. I referred everyone I know to this placeAnd people I don't know just because they are honest and do such a good job.

Cary's is the auto service we trust to take care of our vehicles. Always a helpful resource and willing to give, Cary's integrity is always on display. Recently, we had an issue with a door lock. Not only did he fix the door lock but hin also cleaned and lubricated the other one as a preventative measure. His front office staff is amazing as well!

Friendly and honest service! We will go out of our way just to take our car here because we know we will get good service. Cary takes the time to explain what is wrong and doesn't take advantage of girls who are on their own. Most times it feels like car places take advantage because they think you don't know anything. He will explain what he needs to do before he does it and let's you know the price. No hidden fees or surprises!

If there is such thing as Yelper's remorse that might apply to my experience at Cary's. I may have even mentioned to Cary after I got my car back that I would put in a good word on Yelp. But my feelings about the experience were were lukewarm after I took it to another shop. HENCE the Yelper's remorse! So I noticed a transmission fluid leak in my garage when I parked my car one day and based on the reviews I decided to have Cary take a look at it.

I left it for the day. Cary called me back and said it's a terrible gushing leak and the whole floor in his garage was covered in oil. He made it clear that he wouldn't proceed to address it any further to stop the leak and he would only charge me for just topping off all the fluids that came out. At the time I thought oh how nice of him for not charging me the full labor rate for the repair!

Essentially only charging me what he normally charges for an oil change. Now at the time Cary was very thorough in explaining to me and setting the certain expectations but he came off as very cautious which I did appreciate at the time. Almost like he aims to please all his customers which I'm sure he does. Bottomline after going to another repair shop they were able to fix it within a day.

There was no type of pushback from the other shop about how bad the leak was and that they wouldn't take on the repair. I'm still leaving 3 stars for Cary's honesty and integrity and being such an affable person. His wife who greeted me when I first stepped into the office was also very nice as well. But under the circumstances Cary you didn't complete the job. Bottomline you didn't fix my leak because you didn't want to!

Amazing guy that is honest, helpful, and he literally showed me some of the repairs I could do myself to save money. The only mechanic I have ever fully trusted to not f me big-time on repairs. Update: I drive 8 hours round trip to have my car fixed here. Enough said.
