I received my second rebuilt transmission from them, once again fair price, excellent service, and honesty. Best place in Arizona.

Have used Choice for over a decade. They have rebuilt at least 3 transmissions for me as well as lots of other repairs. This last transmission repair got tricky, but they didn't give up! Eventually they figured out the computer needed a software upgrade. It drives at least as good as it did brand new. And it's a Tahoe with 190k miles. Thanks Jason and Tim!

I took my vehicle into this shop when my transmission began having issues shifting. They looked over my vehicle and informed me that it had nothing to do with my transmission it was actually an electronic issue with catalytic converters I recently had replaced, and this turned out to be true. They didn't charge me a dime and refered me back to who originally did my work. This business is legitimately honest, and have earned my trust and business for future car care within their scope of practice.

Nightmare of a business. I took my vehicle there eight times because they never figured out what the root of the problem was they have no knowledge of what they are doing after taking my money abt ($2000) and after eight visits and them leaving without a car for several days each visit. Customer service was horrible. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to report this matter and only then they reluctantly offer to recheck my issues with no resolution.

My car still has not been repaired the check engine light remains on. My suggestions are go anywhere else. They admitted they don't know how to correctly fix my car and they offered no compensation or repair options.

This place is a joke! Please do not use this business. They are very unprofessional and only want to take your money. They will overcharge you any chance they get. I don't know how they are still in buissnes. This is the worst experience I have ever had. They will take advantage of you if you don't know much about car repairs. I would think twice if you are looking into using them.

This place is a joke! My buddy went in because his check engine light was on. These guys were quick to take his money and they were basically guessing on what needed to be repaired. They had him repair 5 different parts that they claimed were bad. Yet when they were done taking his money they told him "we can't help you, we don't see the problem" yet his check engine light is still on. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP THEY DON'T HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTREST
