Bella is about a honest as they come in the automotive repair industry. He's always got a fair price, doesn't recommend unnecessary repairs and even went so far as to send a repair to another shop when his price was going to be higher - and he's the one who found the other shop and sent my car there. Took care of everything himself and saved me $700. Never experienced anything like that. No need to go anywhere else. Always coming back to Dynamic Imports. Thanks Bella!

I've used this company ever since I purchased a European luxury SUV in 2018 (used). Bela is always friendly and helpful. He has squeezed me in for quick emergency jobs, and the shop's work is top notch. His time and money estimates are always accurate. I've recommended him to a few people, with no hesitation. He also gave me a great recommendation for a body shop, which I appreciate. He and his staff definitely deserve this five-star rating!

I have been taking my vehicles to Bela and team over at Dynamic Imports for years now. They have done work on many different vehicles I have owned, and I have trusted them to do my pre-purchase inspections. They are an honest shop that does quality work. Bella, the owner, is the best. He treats you like family. Been taking my vehicles to him for over 10 years now. His prices are normal for most auto shops, wouldn't say cheap but these days I don't think any auto shop is cheap and I trust Bella to not tell me to do stuff I don't need. My wife took her VW Jetta to the dealer and they recommended she do over $1500 worth of repairs on the vehicle and then I said that sounds crazy so we took it to Bella and he told me that half the problems the dealer said the vehicle needed repaired didn't even exist.

Typically Bella will give you an appointment and the vehicles are repaired in a timely manner. Never had to wait for days for the car to get repaired. Highly recommend if your looking for a friendly neighborhood trustworthy auto shop.

Very fake and phony attitudes From the staff. They sound very robotic almost not even human and have a nasty attitude when your asking questions almost like they don't want to be bothered. Well I will take my money else where. Also they quoted me on many things I need done to my car and I went to another shop who said they are lying. Go figure, trust your intuition and pay attention to the energy that people give off because energy never lies! I can see the evil past the fake smiles it's atrocious

I found a place to service my Mercedes when I ultimately get one. Bela and his team did a PPI on my new car, did a thorough job inspecting it, and running through the few things that needed improvement. Bela took the time to go over everything with me, showed me so I understood, and even changed a few burnt out bulbs for free. Awesome guy. Knows his stuff. Great with his customers. Honest dude and great service.

Was recommended by my coworker, I usually take my 2006 Lexus IS250 to the dealership. I took it to Bella and his crew and they saved me about $550! Dynamic Imports diagnosed the issue and completed the work in a timely manner. They explained and communicated clearly with no uncertainties. I highly recommend them! Bella & his guys have saved me multiple times, really the best auto shop environment I've ever been in. They are completely honest and will even go out of they're way to help you save money. I really do owe these guys for everything they have done & will continue to help me with.

I drive up from Tucson to go to Dynamic Imports. That's over 100 miles because Bella is that great. He's been working on my Mercedes for the last year. I just got so sick of being taken advantage of at the dealerships. The days of the honest neighborhood mechanic are back in Tempe! Bella is fair, honest, and competent.

I can't tell you how much I've gone through in the last two months trying to get my car fixed. It was a nightmare. I had one repair shop turn me down because the technician was not comfortable taking on the job and I had another repair shop keep my vehicle for 6 days and couldn't figure out how to fix it. I also went to the dealership who provided crappy customer service.

Finally I brought my car to Dynamic Imports and it was fixed in one day and they provided great customer service! I now know where to bring my vehicle for repairs and recommend Dynamic Imports to anyone.

Dynamic Imports just gained a new client! I took my BMW X5 to them as I was hearing a rattling on the back hatch. I assumed that the mechanism would need to be changed. Bela and his family were absolutely outstanding. There is something to be said for an honest, local, family business. I asked Bela one simple question: "how is your pricing compared with the other Import specialists in town?". He didn't hesitate, or blow smoke; "we're not the least expensive and we're definitely not the most expensive". Bella his wife and their team at Dynamic are the best. Easy to deal with, honest, yep I said it about a car repair shop. Incredibly knowledgeable and always do the right thing. Just moved to the valley from San Diego where I had a great shop I'd always visit when my BMW decided it needed to bleed my wallet. Came here today and Bela had originally told me it would be about 2 hours to get an alignment done but it was done in less than 1. Great service and nice staff.

So I'm in possession of a 24 year old unicorn! I have a pristinely maintained exotic vehicle that is my baby! I was having an issue with fuses being blown for my air conditioning! Really in the hottest week of the summer? Bela is amazing! He knew every one of his customers as they walked in and their vehicles! Customer service at a level that blew me away!

At any rate before leaving I told him my problem was an easy fix because the universe was on my side. He called me about one hour later and told me the problem was a tiny piece of metal was in my cigarette lighter that was shorting out the fuse! Seriously? Thank you universe and thank you Bela! Who would find such a thing? I'm blown away and know this is exactly the man to care for my classic bombshell!

This place is a gem. Found out about it from a seller on Craigslist while searching for a vehicle. I called and spoke to Tracy. Very knowledgeable and professional. She explained for the car in question, a Lexus, they use original parts. They have a deal where you pay $100 and can inspect as many cars as you want prior to purchase. They even can accommodate you with a 2h window.

This is huge, everywhere else I checked it takes days or weeks to schedule! Found a vehicle and took it for an inspection with about a 1h notice. Bela, the owner, is a great guy. We took the car for a ride and he was taking notes on what needs to be fixed and how much it would cost. He advised me to pass on that car and keep looking. He did not even have to put it on the lift and waste more time and decided not to charge me! I will surely return and also recommend others do business here.

I was looking at buying a used Lexus LS400 and was looking for a place that specialized in Lexus to do a pre-purchase inspection on the car. Dynamic Imports won my business INSTANTLY when I talked to Bela on the phone and he told me that there was no charge for the next few cars to be inspected if I decided not to buy the first car after paying to have him inspect it.

This is a HUGE value to someone looking to buy a used car and I wish I had known this sooner! They definitely know their Lexus cars, that's for sure. And not only did Bela bring the seller and I along with him for a road test, but he questioned the seller about the car just like he was wanting to buy it for himself. He was extremely thorough from start to finish on this inspection and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dynamic Imports is awesome, which is a result of Bela also being awesome. If I ever need any work done on my new LS400, I'll be going back to Dynamic Imports without hesitation!

This is a great auto shop! I took my Lexus SC300 in for some needed maintenance and my car is runs like new again. much better service and pricing than you get from a Lexus dealership, way to go! If you need a rental car while your car is being worked on they can hook you up with enterprise less than a block away and they give you an awesome deal for being a customer. I would trust this repair shop with all my family's auto repair needs. if

Oh my god! I have found it! The pinnacle of auto repair shops! But seriously, Bela (Jr. and Sr.) their family and mechanic staff are easily the BEST in Arizona and arguably the Southwest. Priuses to Porsches, they do them all. I have taken my BMWs I've owned over the years and most recently my commuting Prius for the last 100,000 Miles and Bela always greets me with a welcome "Whats up Danny!" followed by great service by his staff and mechanics.

His team has done engine swaps, alignments, brake jobs and numerous other things (granted all were mostly on the BMWs as the Prius barely needs anything - sorry!) Most importantly he is considerate and HONEST about what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. My mother was the first to find him and I was graciously surprised when I learned he treated all of his customers with respect and honestly, a hard thing to come by in this industry. Bella and his team at Dynamic Imports will always be the best when it comes to car service at very reasonable prices and stellar customer service. I'll probably never go anywhere else.

Dynamic Imports is great. I needed a rear brake job on my BMW and the dealer quoted me $565. (Why must they try to rip me off?!) My husband called around to a bunch of other places and Dynamic Imports gave us the best price, over $200 less than the dealer and $100 under the next lowest quote. We also needed an oil change and they insisted on using Royal Purple motor oil which my husband had never heard of. "Trust me, it's the best." Ok.

Since they stock all the parts they needed for the job, they told us it wouldn't take more than a few hours and I scheduled to bring it in in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Another bonus was that they are about 2 miles from ASU's campus so it would have been easy to drop it off and walk to campus for classes. When I dropped it off, the manager offered to give me a ride to campus which was sweet.

My husband had written down all of the things that we needed to get so I could make sure we were getting it done right, and they went over it all with me to confirm. When I returned to pick the car up, we again went over the bill line by line to make sure I understood what they had done and what we were being charged for. All of it was exactly as quoted - no extra fees and no trying to convince us we needed more work done.

They had even checked the drive belt and tension pully and said that it was a little loose and may need to be fixed in the future, but since the engine was purring like a kitten and not squealing like a pig we were fine for a while. The icing on the cake - the Royal Purple oil, as I was told, is such a good synthetic oil that we could double or even triple the miles we go before getting an oil change (up to 15k miles in between oil changes, but they recommended not going more than 6-8k). Sweet, with all the driving I do in the valley, the fewer oil changes I need the better. Hooray for finding a good, quick, trustworthy mechanic.
