Excellent place to do business. I drove all the way from Canada to purchase a wood splitter from New England Wood Splitters, the exclusive dealer for Wolfe Ridge Manufacturing. Unloaded and tried out the 28PRO today at my neighbour's farm, all I can say is what a beast.worth every penny and the steps that I had to take to bring it to Canada. Brilliant engineering and superb execution. Chris Wolfe is genius.

His videos and communication to Customers is what drove me to his products. The wood-lift tray, operator height, working platform shape and size, and finally the adjustable wedge, all combine to set this apart from every product in the world. I hope to be splitting wood until I am 80 and this is the only machine that will accommodate an old geezer like me. (13 years to go). Thanks again to Jessie and his crew for an enjoyable culmination to our trip to Vermont.

Got an alignment done, they were very nice and helpful. I'm not easy to deal with at garages cause I'll do everything myself and don't like other people touching my car however I don't have an alignment rack. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done in the area!

Most recently, just had a tire repair done. However, JB does all our auto repair and maintenance work. They are prompt, competent, honest, and charge reasonably. Never had any problems with them in 16+ years. Always very friendly and courteous. I don't appreciate what they hang up me on phone. That very rude! Period. I put your business rate is zero.! That so different in 5 years ago. I did ask them for replace transmission. They said they can replace and now. they can't replace Trans. hung phone up! That very is rude! You are not friendly business!

My experiences with JB Auto are through my mother's car. In a day where making a quick buck is the norm, the guys at JB auto are the exception. They genuinely care about their customers, do excellent work at very reasonable prices, are articulate and knowledgeable about what was done and what they foresee needing to be done, and seem to consistently go above and beyond expectations.

It is easy to see why their business remains busy. Jessie, Scott and the rest of the crew are outstanding mechanics, but more so, wonderful, caring people. Thanks for all the years servicing mom's cars in a fair and honest manner!

I haven't used this shop yet, but I wanted to write about my experience today. After running my car into a lot of mud, I was getting horrible shaking in the steering wheel. I thought maybe I'd messed up my alignment and I called JB Auto. They were well aware of this kind of issue and assured me that washing it well at the car wash would fix everything.

After trying a quick wash, I was still seeing the shaking steering wheel, so I called to setup an appointment. They told me to try it again and be more thorough with my cleaning and it did indeed clear everything up. I post this just to point out the honesty and decency that they displayed. A lot of disreputable garages would have just made the appointment and taken my money. They showed integrity by just walking me through the problem. Thanks!
