Every Mazda is engineered with the driver in mind. And nowhere is that clearer than in the MX-5 Miata. When working to achieve its near perfect 50/50 weight distribution, we made a point to take our measurements with a driver behind the wheel. The MX-5 Miata's storied handling doesn't start with a spec sheet.
Drawing from the purity of the MX-5 Miata Roadster, the MX-5 Miata RF connects car and driver with elegance and ingenuity. Its Skyactiv-G 2.0 engine delivers 181 hp and 151 lb-ft of torque to create an ideal power-to-weight ratio. The placement of this engine helps the MX-5 RF maintain a nearly perfect 50/50 weight balance.

- I've had nothing, but a great time at Autex, Gretchen and Mark was able to help me get into a car given my history to help me build my credit up and even suggested things I should do to help me further along the road with the vehicle I've received so I know they're not about just the money, not only that, I accidentally drove over something and it started to have a slow leak, They not only got it figured out and fixed in a hurry, Anthony also sent me a video about the details of my vehicle and gave my baby a free wash!
If anyone out there is looking to get into a vehicle with great customer service without any hassle at all, I HIGHLY suggest going to Autex Mazda, they're just simply amazing!

Got my Subaru undercoated here. Seemed rushed as I could still see parts of the red underbody in the wheel wells. They also completely covered my stainless exhaust. So smokey and Unnecessary. I think after 600 miles, it's still smoking. They also washed my car with God knows what. Also unnecessary as it was washed the day before I brought it in.

I have purchased 2 trucks from Autex but when it came time to have them serviced I was lied too about a time frame and wasn't contacted about it, after a week of this I was told I would have to wait another 3 days until they could even look at it. The final straw was someone I know called up for an oil undercoating and he was given an appointment right away and picked up his truck within days. ITS ALL ABOUT WHAT MAKES THE MOST MONEY. I will never do business with autex again and if your smart you wont either.

They sell cars that break down in less than two months. Does not stand by their products. I bought a truck 4 months ago from here. In said four months I've had the truck completely die on me. Brought it in to be looked at and asked them to check the charging system. This was a week and a half ago. Same problem today. I bring it to Toyota and they tell me no one looked at the problem they replaced the battery and said it was good. Garbage.

NH oil under coat damage I have been a returning customer for this service three years running. This time when I picked up my truck I found the bed sides covered in fine scratches from debris in the sponge they used. When I spoke to the service manager about the damage to the truck he informed me that he could not be accept liability for the damage. Use caution when having them preform this service, it's going to cost another $300 to repair the damage they caused.

Oil service scam. People, read your manual carefully. I cannot stress this enough. Mazda has laid out your service interval in detail, and that's coming from the people who built your car. Had the "Service Due Soon" light come on in my car, even though I'm only at 2,200 miles. Asked Chris in service about it. He explained that the manual is wrong (it states 5k miles, or 6 months) and that it needs to be 3,000 miles "Or more like 2,500 really." And must use conventional oil, not synthetic.
I asked why. "Because it has a special engine." Amazing. Mazda built a special engine that can't use modern oil. Modern car. Modern engine. Can't use modern oil. Incredible. There's literally a sign in the service department that lays out the service intervals. He said that was incorrect, as well. Why post it in your service department, if the information is wrong? So, I reached out to Mazda, directly.
They confirmed the interval of 5k or 6 months. They also said synthetic was recommended. In fact, to wit: ""Mazda recommends using a SAE 0W-20 oil - which is available as a full synthetic or as a blend. But can you get away with using a 5W-20 conventional oil? Yes and no. It won't void your warranty or be bad for your car, necessarily." So, actually, synthetic or blend is recommended; it's conventional that would be in question. Reached out to two other dealerships, just to see what they said.
They also said synthetic was the way to go, and 5k miles was correct. So, per their instructions, I changed the interval settings in the car (which were set to 2,500 miles) to the correct 5,000. If you weren't keeping score: -Mazda says 5k miles. -The owner's manual says 5k. -The sign posted at the dealership, 5k. -Two other dealerships, 5k. ~But according to Chris, all of those are wrong. So, to repeat: Read your owner's manual. Yes, you may have a light on your dash, but as my car is evidence, the interval may have been set much lower than what is actually recommended. I guess getting an extra oil change or two out of customers is better business than honesty.

Amazing dealership, no pressure/relaxed environment and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle and Nate worked hard to find the best financing for my poor credit. My cosigner lives in Mass and they drove all the way there and back just to have her sign papers for 10 minutes! They also drove 2 hours to pickup my trade-in vehicle and leave me a very nice loaner car until I could pickup my new car. These guys go above and beyond to help and accommodate you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Will be coming back here for my next car.

Called the Parts Dept for a routine search to get enigne seals for my 98' Protege- the serviceperson indicated they could ship to a nearby town, then asked if he could "call me back" with the quote before locating the parts. I never heard back from him!? A typical low-grade mechanic move. I ordered from the local store- not worth calling; try Balise.

My family went to Autex Mazda of Keene this morning (10/14/17) to support my daughter, a veteran, in purchasing a new vehicle. She had made an appointment with salesperson Gretchen for 10 am. We were prompt and excited. Gretchen was rude, inattentive, and obviously lacking in salesperson social skills. She also assumed that "Dad" was making the purchase; WRONG.
Another person named Tim came over to my family and was insulting and berating, very abrasive as well. We wondered if we were on a hidden camera show as we were the only customers there and thought maybe it was a joke. Anyway, we went to Toyota and she purchased a brand new Toyota, drove it off the lot to go to work. Our experience at Toyota Volvo of Keene was the complete opposite of Autex Mazda of Keene.
I bought my 2016 CX 5 Grand Touring vehicle from Autex, but after today I will NEVER go back. My favorite salesman Donald Class is no longer there; without him there Autex is classless. Don't go there.

Well, they are great on providing any type of assistance when you are interested in buying a vehicle from them, BUT when you purchase the vehicle and need or have additional questions afterwards, their customer service really sucks. Or even the seller "Donald" who was a great sales person, good rapport built up during the purchase process, but a month after I had a question and it took weeks to get a response and its been a month to get a simple paperwork from them.
Not quite nice to customers who need help (legally), they are only interested in people buying from them, again, they will accommodate you in order for you to feel special. Not really worth the trip if you live hours away.

My wife purchased a new CX-5 from this dealership and couldn't be more pleased with the transaction. We did our research and came quite prepared for the purchase but Donald exceeded our expectations. He was professional, attentive and very customer orientated. In fact the entire sales and finance staff were easy to work with and accommodating. Also we are having 4 family vehciles serviced at this dealership with the same quality interactions.

First off, we don't own a Mazda, so we can't comment on some aspects of this operation. But -- on others, we want to report our experiences, which have been very good. As recommended by our mechanic, these folks do undercoating for all makes of cars and trucks, and we had that done for three of ours. The work was done thoroughly, quickly and apparently effectively (as far we we can tell).
And the price was better than several options we examined. Also, they were very pleasant people to deal with at all levels. They do repairs and maintenance on a variety of makes and not just Mazdas; I'd say they deserve a try. We liked dealing with them.

I needed to get my passenger side rear-view mirror replaced after it was broken in DC the day before leaving for Vermont. Called Rosenthal in Arlington, Pacifico in Philly, Mount Laurel, and the dealers in Pittsfield and Saratoga, and Autex. Autex was the only one that I called that was able to address this situation in a sensible, reasonable and timely manner.
The part came in the day after I called. When I arrived at 2:30 on New Year's Eve afternoon, they said the repair would take about an hour. They drove me to the Elm Street Brewing Company so I could get lunch which they worked on the car. Just about hour later to the minute, they called to say the car was ready. They picked me and took me back.
The car was washed too. Another bonus was that there was no sales tax which was particularly helpful since this repair cost over $600. The next time I'm in New England, I will go out of my way to stop by to have my car serviced here because I've never had an experience like this before.

My finance brought her car here for a routine inspection and they supposedly found $1200 worth of problems with her car ranging from the muffler to the struts. Since the car was totally quite and had a smooth ride, I had my doubts. We brought it to a second garage and didn't mention what autex had supposedly found. When they finished the inspection the technician told us that there was ablsolutly nothing wrong with any of the things that autex had failed her for the previous day. Moral of this storey is that these guys are out to pull a fast one over on women, and are totally untrustworthy and dishonest.
