I had some headlight and electrical issues. Mike and his team took on the challenge and solved my problem. They performed a courtesy check and found some other issues. Some needed urgent attention, others not so much, and could been done at my convenience. I was given a written review of work performed, and what I could expect would need attention in the future.
Price was in line with work performed. Cheapest no, diagnosed and done right the first time, absolutely. Don't fall for the lowballs. Misdiagnosis, improperly installed cheap parts, and under skilled techs will cost you more in the long run, not to mention the frustration inconvenience of a non-professional repair. Remember you're paying knowledge, a not just labor.

First off let me say I took my car to Midas Muffler. They said they could not fix the car. So I took my car to Sparks they said they take a look at it. They had the car fixed in one week. Great customer service kept me informed of the process of the car being fixed. Fast and friendly service reasonable prices five stars all the way I will be taking my car back when needed. Thanks for the excellent service Sparks Car Care you guys rock!

The quality of service and communication has gone down. Upon check-in I said that I would get my tires rotated where I purchased them because they offer complimentary rotation. I found out later that I was charged for a combo break inspection/tire rotation but the tires weren't rotated. Had they communicated that it's a complimentary service with the break inspection I would have been thrilled to have them rotated. I was charged for the combo package but didn't get the full service. Over all a frustrating experience.

These folks are on the cutting edge of customer communication. Brief Emails confirming time & date of my upcoming appointment. Once car is dropped off occasional text messages during the day to tell you what they are working on & web links to explain procedures & areas of concern. Homey reception area and friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Service was excellent. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating the staff all very professional and caring. They were able to fit me in same day and get me into a rental in case parts were not readily available, still managed to resolve the issues with my vehicle that day and get me back in my Nissan before the weekend. More than impressed with their level of quality and customer care, would highly recommend!
