Kirmac Collision Service

Went there for an estimate but I was left with nothing than disrespect. I dealt with Bruce Robertson who "helped" me with the estimate. He was aggressive and not using the proper language when talking to customers. I would never recommend going to this place.

I went in there to get my door fixed and dealt with a guy named bruce. Awful service and seemed a little aggressive when asked simple questions. Hes a bombaclat and will not be going back. Do not ever go here they will try and scam u Service: Body & Trim

My boyfriend went here to fix his car after experiencing a hit and run. It took two weeks longer than estimated and they originally stated that the claim was $2,000. However after having to call in multiple times they informed us that they found damage that was previously not there and that the claim is now $3,200. They damaged the car. This is unacceptable and I would suggest staying away from this business.

Highly recommend to choose for ICBC work- they handle the details just drop and go. There was a missed item, so they have submitted for approval and this is now going through the long process for ICBC approval again but it's the nature of the biz. What they have touched they made new.we were very impressed with the work and the customer service.

They did an incredible job not just on the windshield but on customer service. They took care of the ICBC process thoroughly, they called when it was ready (a bit early), they were on time and the cleaning inside the car was really, really thoroughly and professionally done. This is the second time I have had a windshield replacement from Kirmac and can't say enough good about them.

Kirmac did a great job on my truck. It took longer than expected but that wasn't entirely their fault. And there was a couple of snags in the rental vehicle end, but Kirmac took care of the problem and saved me money in the process.

I got a quote over email sending in pictures. I then took my car into finalize the quote. It came back double what was stated in the email. They said they couldn't tell that it was damage to the front and back in the pictures, but I think it was pretty obvious. It is pretty difficult for me to take time out of the middle of the day to end up getting a quote that is much higher than competing auto shops in the area. They said they wouldn't negotiate. All in all pretty inconvenient and a waste of time. Their formatting of their quote is unclear.

What a freakin awesome job they did with my car! Not only it looks like it never had an accident, it looks like I drove it right off the lot from when it was new. On top of them painting my fixing up my bumper, they'll also have it re-wrapped up once all the paint has dried up and cured! I would definitely bring my car back here along with my friends and girlfriends/family's car here. Compared to Destination Toyota, this job is a lot better than them at the cheaper cost, higher quality, higher customer service, AND FASTER! -thanks to Kelsey for the awesome service and staying a little longer after closing time to allow me to pickup my car when I live in East Van:
