These guys are amazing. They have gone above and beyond customer service. Never had an issue or a problem with service, installation work, or answering questions.

I hate posting bad reviews but honestly, beware. Paid for a camera, have been by 5 different times and they keep ordering cameras for the wrong truck. It has been more than 6 months. The door we got originally has started to sheer off and My husband cut his hand pretty bad before we realized there were razor thin little bits of metal right where you have to position your hands to close it.

They want us to pay for the different door type that won't cut our hands to pieces. Super disorganized. The only reasonable person seems to be the guy that actually does installation.

So disorganized. First, they forgot to give me a receipt so when I went back to have them fix their mistake, they accused me of not paying and I ended up having to show them my bank statement. Unbelievable.

My brother had someone braking his canopy to steal his work tool so as sooner he got off work he came to this place and the person in charge that day totally treated him like he was a homeless person, look at him from head to toes and because he look dirty he dismissed him like he was a criminal My brother is a contractor he works 2 shift to make his money he works hard and this person discriminated him for the way he looks, he told him there was nothing there for him to buy and he needed to leave Well u host lost a 2,500 sell because that's how much he was willing to spend to get a good canopy we're he didn't have to worried about someone breaking in

10/10, highly recommend. I ordered a Retrax bed cover for my F-450 from an online discount seller. The unit arrived broken, and the replacement was also broken when it arrived. I was leaving town in a couple days on a tight schedule and the guys here were able to order another one in and get it installed the day before I left.amazingly for almost the same price as the online discount center, and without the damage I had on the units I ordered online. The technician who installed the cover was very professional and efficient, and would be an invaluable asset to any business.

Called, looking for a canopy for my husband's S10. They said they had one on stock. And after going to 3 different stores we decided to drive up to Everett to check it out. The installer was able to fit it and install it the same day, only about an hour before closing. Jason was really helpful and the price was right! Thank you Canopy West Everett!

I was originally quoted 9 weeks to get my canopy(I understood that Covid is delaying everything). It ended up taking 7, almost 8 months to get my canopy(again, I understand Covid delays). My issue Is that they never once called nor emailed me to update me on any of the delays. I called on Tuesday October 5th to find out that it was delivered on the 4th, again no notification from them.

They process to install the canopy the following Saturday. They asked me if they could modify my trluck to make the canopy fit or I would have to wait another 2-3 weeks for a part. I gave them the "ok" to modify my truck as long as it doesn't damage the truck. I got my truck back with a noticeable scratch on the tailgate from an angle grinder.

When I brought it back to show them, they said I need to send pictures to their boss. I have yet to even receive a response let alone a resolution to the problem. This is absolutely, the worst customer service I have ever received.

I have purchased Bed Extender and it was already used and scratched. I have request to return and refund my charges. It took them weeks to refund and they stop answering calls. Very very poor customer service and over priced. I will not recommend anyone to go. I would give zero star if there was an option.

Very happy with our experience. These guys are great to work with and have a great assortment of canopies and accessories to choose from.

4 Stars because I made a 3 o clock appointment and the work on my truck didn't start until 3:45. Other than that top notch outfit, great communication between the manager and I. He (Jason) apologized for the delay, the installer whose name I cannot remember was a super great guy and very helpful.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Horrible customer service. To begin with, they lost our order, and overtime we called to follow up, they would say they would call us back which they never did. I have been trying for over a week, calling every day, to get a refund. The owner is allegedly the only one allowed to issue refunds and she is never in the store.

The employees claim they leave her messages and call her letting her know I need a refund as we cancelled our orders. I have yet to hear anything from the owner and am still out over $2100 dollars.

This place appears to have changed hands since I purchased my canopy there, and not for the better. The current operators are disorganized and customer service is very poor. I was overcharged horribly for a simple reseal of the canopy. Anyone dealing with this outfit in the future would be very well advised to approach the transaction with care, or better yet, shop elsewhere.

First negative review I've ever wrote. Worst company i've done business with in 20+ years. -Took over 4 months to replace back canopy glass on my truck. Still isn't done correctly. Brang it to bring it to another canopy shop to make adjustments. -After 4 months and numerous calls I finally raised hell explaining there was no excuse for this type of service. Turns out the glass had finally arrived that day. lol!

My experience happened a while ago but I'm getting ready for my camping season and I have mildew in my back due to water leaks. Still frusterated after all this time! I could go on but if you do business with them, keep your receipts and be cautious of giving money upfront.

Called to get a topper keyed. No call back, called to check in they said to come in. Drove 2 hrs for them to tell me I needed new lock cylinders(witch I could have ordered from home). When I mentioned these things to them they started screaming at me to leave the property or they would call the police. I apologized and gladly left. Burned a half day labor when it could have been a 15 min phone call. Do yourself a favor and call are direct so you don't have to go there. Better yet call your local lock smith.

Mike is the best. Fast, efficient helped me work through options and really helped me out when I was in a bind. You will be pleased!

First stop in shopping for a new canopy. One person on duty, pretty much ignored us while fiddling with a repair on a canopy. No "I'll be with you in a minute." No "Is there something I can help you with?" No nothing. I went into sales office to see if there was a brochure to look at. Messy and no clear indication of canopies on offer. Meanwhile, my wife went to the fiddlin man to get info, he pointed across the yard to a canopy, gave a price, said 4.5 weeks to delivery. We took a look before leaving for greener pastures.

I purchased a used canopy from a friend and needed my 3rd brake light wired. I arrived at Canopy West and they had it done in a matter of minutes. Awesome service, very friendly. I will be back and will recommend to others. Great work!
