Chris and everyone there were fantastic. They fit me in and got my battery problem confirmed and replaced in a short amount of time. On top of that, everyone was genuinely nice. In a time where it seems businesses in general are short-staffed and maybe have let customer service wane, the team here excelled at it. Will be back for sure!

I live in AZ & my Honda died on me in CA while visiting. I looked up a place for service, Poway auto repair caught my eye with its excellent reviews. I got the car jump started & took it over to the shop. Jose Zendejas had his guys take the car right in. With a quick & professional check of things, it was diagnosed as a bad battery. Within minutes the battery was replaced & I was on my way. Thank you so much. They truly do have great service, quality & are very professional.

I was researching for an auto repair shop one that could do control arms on my SUV. One who would listen to my concerns and could work with me on my budget. 1st I needed a small job done which Jose did quickly and at a very fair price. After budgeting for my control arms I brought it in. And this is where I can't say enough about Jose's service and mechanics.

We knew there was severe rust on the bottom but you never know the condition until you start working on it. Well, A big job turned into a huge job. Cutting and replacing every bolt And trying to get new parts as quickly as possible. It was a big imposition to him and his team as they spent extra labor, time and days. Jose remained calm and assured me that he would be able to get this job completed.

Sure enough when I was starting to need the vehicle back, it was completed. Of course the last bit was getting the sticker price. I thought it was going to be a lot based on other shop's quotes but Jose again was very fair. I will be going back for more of this great service; you should check them out.
