Menard's Auto Body Shop took care of the necessary repairs to my car after being rear-ended in an accident. They made it all so easy and convenient, including booking a rental car for me. I took my car in to buff and touch up a few scratch's and they did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. Had I gone through my insurance company, I'd be paying surcharges for years. My car was recently rear ended and I brought it to Menard's for repair. They did a phenomenal job repairing the damage. My car looks as good as the day I bought it. you'd never know it was ever in an accident. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and very professional. I don't usually write reviews (always read them, though - which is how I found Menard's Auto Body), but I felt compelled to write because I had one of the best customer service experiences ever. My 2018 Civic needed a new rear bumper (that I was paying for), and I'd gotten some estimates, including a competitive one from Menard's, which was highly recommended here.

I thought I'd be without my car for 2-3 days (due to the painting), which is always an inconvenience. Kevin - who is great - told me they could pre-order the bumper, paint it to match my car beforehand (all with NO up-front money!), and only need my car for a day to replace it. Talk about minimizing the impact on a customer! I was even able to help select the best paint match!

I was contacted (earlier than expected) when the bumper was all set, then when I brought it in, I requested the car be finished early, due to my ride. Not only was the work completed in time and extremely well, but they gave my car one of the best detailing jobs (inside and out) I've ever had, so that my car looked brand new! Good customer service, which is hard to find these days, means a lot to me, and makes me a loyal customer!

I went to Menards, on the recommendation of Howie at WPKZ radio in Fitchburg. I had a tree land on my hood, during the wind storm in Oct 2020. I checked the car into Menards and they went straight to work on it. They found additional damage, that the insurance company did not initially see. They filed an addendum and everything went smoothly. They kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to address additional issues, that were not related to the accident.

Mainly the need of a tire and front end alignment. When I picked up the car (it was washed and vacuumed) and started driving off, I noticed a large denomination bank note in my cup holder. They person who cleaned my car must have found it between the seat. They returned it! Who does this in this day and age? I went back and gave the secretary sufficient funds to buy that individual lunch, as a well deserved reward! Mike and Kevin have earned my business.

I will be retuning with an antique Buick in the spring, that will be requiring some paint work. Thank you for a great customer experience! I highly recommend Menard's auto body in West Boylston MA!

Over the years I have used several other autobody shops nearby. I was disappointed with the quality each time. A local referred me here. I can see why. Kevin handled my case. He was very helpful with the insurance. Kevin acted as a consummate professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and patient. He stayed in very close contact letting me know the progress of the car as it was being worked on.

I really appreciated that. The car came out amazing with no complaints at all. Menards and Kevin are a great example of an honest small business that operates and treats their customers fairly. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

What a great first class place. Had my headlights replaced which requires the bumper to be completely removed. Thanks GM! Then my car got cleaned & windows done inside & out. What more could I ask for.

I went to Menard's to give my Dodge Journey a makeover as I was selling it. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and Mike, the young man whom I spoke to, immediately walked out with me and took pics of my car. He then explained what could be fixed relatively cheaply and worked his magic on his computer checking out best prices for the parts I needed.

He gave me an estimate, which was far cheaper than what I had anticipated. When the job was completed and I came to pick up my car, I was astonished to see this shiny new looking vehicle, fixed, buffed and waxed and shampooed & vacuumed on the inside as well! End of story, I sold my car to CarMax in Westboro, and received $1500 more than I had expected! Menard gets top billing by me!

My car was hit during a snow storm and decided to to try Menard's Autobody. They towed my car from my lot within 30 minutes of calling them and started working on my car right away. They worked thoroughly with my insurance and handled my rental. They also ended up fixing old bumps and scratches my car had prior to the accident! They went above and beyond and went the extra mile, and they for sure weren't required to!

My car was a mess going in, and came out looking super brand new! They also detailed the interior and exterior! I'm amazed at how great they made my car look and so thankful. Kevin and Mike were great and kept me up to date, they made this whole experience easy and worry free. I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations on where to bring my car for fixing a large dent, and seven different people said to go here, and I can see why now. They were out of my (unrealistically low) budget, but the estimate took a matter of minutes, the person I talked with was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and what was involved in the repairs.

Great work, professional and friendly. They really know their job and the quality is second to none. I've been a customer with mine and my wife's cars since 2007 and always impressed. Most recently when I got a scrape at highway speeds I wasn't expecting much other than to fix the paint. But Mike knew the price of the plastic trim is inexpensive and gave me a quote that was definitely worth fixing that too.

When I picked it up the inside and outside were cleaned, felt like I was picking up a new car driving away I just felt happier that I got my baby fixed and now shes pristine again. Anyone I know, I tell to go here.

I highly recommend Menard's Auto Body. From start to finish, I was blown away by everything. I've never used an auto body before so truthfully, I have nothing to compare it to, but it can't be any better than my experience. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and kept me updated throughout. Truck is in MINT condition again and everything is guaranteed. I wish all businesss were run like this one. So thankful for the recommendation to come here. You should too.

From start to finish they are the best. From friendly and helpful staff, to hassle free rentals and insurance paperwork. The icing on the cake is a vehicle that looks brand new. They really go I think above and beyond. I have used them in the past and will use them again. Thank you.

Second time using Menard's Auto Body. Both times have been great experiences. First time they were on our list from the insurance company. Despite the outcome not being what we expected, once the car got taken apart it was deemed a total loss, Menard's was great in providing information when dealing with the insurance company and what to look out for. Took my current car back today for some front bumper work, they fixed it on the spot. Both times a very pleasant, friendly experience and always received honest and good advice. Would highly recommend. We'll definitely be going back.

The best of the best! Not only did they repair the damage to the front end of my car, they cleaned the inside and out and the car looks better than the day I bought it. They kept me updated as to how long the car would take to fix and was more than happy to answer any/all questions I had. You won't find better workmanship and customer service anywhere!

My new (to me) 2014 Highlander was hit in a parking lot and I took it to Menard's to be repaired the week of July 18, 2016. They have done other body work for my cars in the past. The car was done sooner than promised and I was able to pick it up Friday afternoon. It is just beautiful! Superb color match (left rear quarter panel) and it looks brand new. As a bonus, the car was cleaned inside and out, and all my various things lying around were neatly packaged inside one of my grocery bags. Great work everyone!

Great work and completed on time. Menard's fixed my car after a basketball hoop fell on it. They made it completely hassle-free for me. They dealt with the insurance appraisers and coordinated the insurance provided car rental to meet me for pick up and drop off. My car came out great and the unexpected detailing of the inside and out was very much appreciated. My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it. And everyone who works there is nice and helpful.
