Did a good walkthru / review of my vehicle. It has a lot of small scratches, luckily no dents, but all over the place. He was able to buff out a couple, and matching touch up paint on all the tiny little scratches that build up over time. One particular scratch he gave some extra attention to cause it was def a candidate to rust. Good communication skills, on time, price estimated was price charged, and most importantly, good work. Would, and do recommend.

I've been going to Paul for quite a few years now (he's been in business over 27 years!) for various types of dents. He's fixed door dings, acorn dings, and even a bend in the bottom of the door (an unfortunate collision with a concrete wall on a very windy day). Paul is an absolute craftsman -- if he tells you he can fix it, the work will be flawless, and you will not be able to tell there was ever damage.
On the one occasion he could not fix a dent, he would not accept payment. This after he spent over an hour working on it, and even improving the appearance. In his view, it was not fixed so he would not charge me even though I insisted on paying him something. His pricing is very reasonable, and he fixes it while you wait. Paul is also very personable and a fun guy to chat with too. I recommend Paul and Dent'n Scratch without hesitation!

Paul did a wonderful job on my leased Toyota Corolla. I had several bad scratches on the exterior of the vehicle that needed to be touched up and buffed before returning it to Westborough Toyota. Paul made it look like new. I received my final bill from Toyota and did not have any charges for "excess wear." He charged a fair price and saved me a lot of money. Purchased a new vehicle less than a week ago and had the unfortunate experience of coming out of a store and seeing a nickel-sized dent in my rear passenger door. Was devastated and concerned this would cost me hundreds of dollars to fix and my new car would never look new again. An auto-body friend recommended Paul and Dent n Scratch. Paul was more than courteous on the phone and agreed to meet with me that day for a free estimate.
He explained the challenge of the type of dent my car had due to its pointed nature and was extremely thorough walking me through my options. I was able to get my car in the next morning and what took only an hour and MORE than reasonably priced, was a dent that was essentially 100% gone (95% according to Paul). My car looks brand new again and I will park much further away from everyone now!
I couldn't recommend Paul and Dent n Scratch more. Friendly, information, reasonably priced, and a true professional and magician when it comes to making dents look like they never occurred. I will only use Paul moving forward for all of my scratch and dent needs. Thank you, Paul!

Paul was great and his business is a hidden gem. I took my car in this week for a few dents and scratches. It took about an hour and my car looks new again. I showed up with no appointment(about 5 minutes before they were closing). Paul was so helpful in ordering a part for my Suburban. I figured the part/work needed would be very costly and a hassle. Not the case, Paul took such good care of me and took my car in as soon as the part came in. Waited less than an hour for the repair. Awesome professional service and I highly recommend Dent'n Scratch!
