Integrity provided excellent service all around for my engine replacement. Chrysler \ Jeep really left me thinking you couldn't trust anyone in the auto industry. Integrity proved me wrong. My engine blew after a recent service at the dealership and they refused to honor my warranty. I called a few places about replacing the engine with a Jasper Crate. Integrity provided a quick and accurate quote.

They offered to store my vehicle while the engine arrived, kept me informed through the entire process and installed it the minute the engine showed up. Konnor at Integrity provided clear and friendly communication through the entire process. Some of the best customer service I've experienced.

Once again Integrity did a great job with my vehicle. After the initial evaluation the prioritized the repairs for me and walked me through the need for each. With my approval they quickly performed the work and got me back on the road. with a clean car inside and out. faster than I had expected. Great job! Great experience from start to finish with Tom and Integrity Automotive. I told him what was going on with my vehicle and had it towed in. They looked at it early the next day and texted me a report of their findings. They even charged me less than I expected for the diagnostic. Really glad I had my vehicle towed to these guys and I highly recommend them.

I LOVE Integrity Automotive Maintenance and Repair. The first visit was to replace the bulb in my front headlight. Every other shop ignored me, but Integrity fixed it that day and didn't make excuses they had no openings. Recently, after a ton of money was spent at University Audi and no answers or ideas other than to buy a new car at a ridiculous price, I took it to Integrity.

They SOLVED my electrical issue (my battery wasn't full hooked up after three visits to the Audi dealership) smh.and there was the oil consumption issue that Integrity managed at 10% of what the Audi wanted me to spend to 'possibly' fix it. Tom at Integrity was kind and easy to talk to and listened! It wasn't as if a woman came in and was going to be ripped off! I am SO relieved and happy with Integrity! They live up to their name!

Integrity.it's right in the name. Not only is this the first time I've ever taken a car in for service and the total due was LESS than the estimate! LESS! A little background is I came in with a Mini Cooper that was telling me the brake light malfunctioned. Being a fairly tech savvy individual I decided to take a look and disconnect the pigtail that connects the rear break light carriage and visually inspect the issue.

Right away after comparing both sides it was obvious the cable had shorted and melted the plastic. I told the service technician I'd taken a look but splicing a new connector on the cable was beyond my skills to fix. Not only we're my concerns heard and listened to (not common at a repair shop) but in fact the diagnostic cost on the repair was slashed to next to nothing due to ease of repair with my helpful info!

I've told all my coworkers and colleagues and I will continue to recommend and suggest people trust in the name, it's more than just marketing, it's a promise and they deliver! Customer for life!

My experience with Integrity started with a phone call. A nice young man named Connor answered the phone. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and empathetic, a rare combination in my experience. He got me in right away. He communicated. He saved me money. They did an outstanding job. What else need I say? I highly recommend this shop.

My car could not start during the Christmas days, I changed a new battery but issue persists, so towed it to the shop. Integrity only charged me a reasonable examine fee after they successfully jumped my car. They don't push the recommended services. Reporting is fully digitalized. I feel they are professional and honest business.

I am always impressed with the professionalism and knowledge at Integrity Automotive. It is so worth taking your vehicle here occasionally. They find issues that my dealership doesn't - offering preventive care and maintenance that saves me loads in the long term. The service is timely and now they offer reports of their diagnostics and reports right to you text. It's a brilliant service.

I have been a loyal customer of Integrity Auto since they were first located 221st Place Issaquah. I found them by a referral in 2010 when I needed my 2006 Subaru' engine rebuilt. When I purchased my next Subaru in 2012, (30810 mileage) Integrity Auto was where I will take it to be serviced - until I can't drive anymore. Subaru's engines have a propensity to develop a leak in head gaskets after being driven hard.

Now the odometer reads 168008, and I need the engine rebuilt because the spark plug #3 is being fouled by antifreeze. With my wife and friend safely waiting for her appointment with her heart surgeon, I hurried back turning my car to Integrity and collecting their Smart car to drive back to the hospital. After a reasonable time, the repairs were completed.

I had to wait an additional 2 days because Integrity Auto felt there was an issue they needed to investigate - better safe than sorry. I am so pleased with their work and they truly live up to their name.
