Services
We work on MOST MAKES & MODELS. We help set up rental vehicles, deal with Insurance Companies. We also offer a pickup and delivery for those that need help in getting their vehicle to us for repairs, within an 8 mile radius. We go over the estimate of repairs before and after completion to help our customer understand the procedure of how the vehicle is to be repaired.
1. BEFORE you call your insurance, know your rights. You have options on where you take your vehicle to be repaired. Even if your insurance suggests you take it to one of their "preferred auto body shops", they legally must do business with the auto body of your choosing. Whenever possible we use OEM factory parts, Not all other shops may.
A. Our guarantee is for the lifetime that you or your immediate family retains the vehicle, meaning spouse, sons or daughters. It covers the workmanship and refinished materials used by our auto repair specialists. A. 30 days, unfortunately we cannot guarantee against road debris, manholes, curbs and other road bumps.

Evergreen was absolutely amazing from the first phone call. I couldn't get my car in for an estimate after an accident for weeks at other service shops and I found Evergreen on Google and saw amazing reviews. My intuitive sense said to call them, and Ron made the time to give me an estimate the day I called. From that point on, the whole staff was professional and communicative.

I took my car to Evergreen after a small accident and they were very kind on the phone from the first time I called and every call after. I really appreciated their texts that updated me on the status of my car and after looking at the car someone called and walked me through it. Brought my car in for some paint issues on the top on my fusion. Gary and Kelly were absolutely amazing! Just the nicest people you'll ever meet. They gave me a quote and got my car in just a few days later. When my car was done I went to pick it up and they did an absolute amazing job! And my car was beautiful and cleaned and all ready to go.
