My father-in-law was in town when his transmission went out, we had the car towed to Autoworks of Issaquah, and were impressed from start to finish. The dispatchers on the phone were kind and professional. The mechanics were quick, upfront, and honest. When we decided to go with a different mechanic closer to my father-in-law's house, they still didn't charge for the diagnostic work that they did do. Incredible service and a sense of integrity that is infallible. Their reputation is well earned and if we ever need a mechanic again we will be back.

Amazing service and very honest without being pushy. Priced very fairly and did a full tune up and oil change in a few hours. This was my first time, but this will be the only place I take the vehicles to.

I've used Autoworks for years for our three cars. It's easy to get an appointment and they work with your schedule. Rates are reasonable and they never try to sell me something I don't need. They even offer a ride home and to pick you up once your work is done I highly recommend them.

They were great, after the heavy snows a rodent had gotten into my engine and my car started sputtering on me as I was leaving work. It died on me four times on the three minute drive to the shop, and the guys at auto Works were able to get it fixed in less than 24 hours! Jeff in particular was courteous and helpful.

Lowering prior review to 2 stars. I needed a B1 Service for Honda Insight. I was 1st quoted $75 over the phone. Then called back to make the appointment and was quoted $100. I thought what the heck it's better than $130 at Honda. I waited 2 weeks to get in and when I came in price was $210.what? I'm taking it to Honda for the work.

These guys are great. An actual person answers the phone every time you call. They didn't give me any trouble about my car being modified. In fact, James and the other guys were enthusiastic about it. Communication was always easy. They kept me updated and explained things to me clearly. I would recommend them to anyone in the east Lake Washington area.

The receptionist is very nice and patient, and their technicians seems professional, at least than me.;- My car steering wheel was shaky, I thought it might relates with bad ball joint according to the symptom. After the diagnosis, turns out the set of snow tires given from the pre-owner has been ages of 12, it is danger to drive the car with the front tire of tread separation. I'm happy to visit there and get the valuable diagnosis result. I'm going to replace all my tires, safe drive is most important on the road.

We were referred to Autoworks of Issaquah by a friend and have not taken our cars to another place since. They are honest and reliable. One example of their honesty is we took our Jetta hybrid to them. After looking at our car, they concluded that it would be best to take it to the dealership since the repair would potentially be covered under warranty.

It was a $4,000 repair and thankfully it turned out to be covered by warranty at the dealership. Autoworks didn't charge us for their assessment and could have fixed it, but instead directed us in a direction that was in our best interest. We will take our vehicles to them first with any issues and for standard maintenance with every vehicle we own. Without a doubt, Autoworks is worth your time and trust.

Brought my truck in to have it looked at. Was able to schedule via text message which was nice. They didn't recommend a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Advised that spark plugs should be first and then go from there. Very friendly, very affordable and awesome communication. This is my new go to shop!

These guys are great! Honest customer care! Couldn't be more satisfied with this shop! My car wouldn't start, so got it jump started. Alternator checked out according to AAA, but the next morning (Friday) when we're ready to head home to Boise, Idaho won't start again. Autoworker of Issaquah was one of AAA's recommended shops.

Feeling a bit vulnerable and fearful that I was facing an expensive fix, I called them, told them my dilemma. They worked me into their already busy schedule, diagnosed the issue (a corroded battery post) and got me on the road by early afternoon. What a relief! Thanks from a stranded traveler!
