First off let's establish this. I am a car guy, very particular how I take care of my every day vehicles and of course my classic car and I've had several of them over the years so I'm not your regular customer. My son got into an accident and did significant damage to his car fortunately no injuries The last time I had work done was on one of my classic vehicles when Dean senior was still running the show that was quite a while ago and I was quite satisfied with the results then Fast forward to now I know Dean Junior has been at the helm for a good number of years and let me tell you it's first class from beginning to completion, 'very friendly and knowledgeable staff 'and I might add the quality of the repairs and paint is amazing, I would also like to add about four years ago I sent a friend of mine that had an accident as a recommendation and she was thrilled with the results and so was I Certainly there are many choices out there but make no mistake the number one choice is Masters auto collision I would give them 10 stars

Had a CARCO inspection done here. They were super nice on the phone and when I went to get the inspection. Subsequently, I got a notice from my insurance company that they needed additional information based on the report from Masters re: the inspection. The guy on the phone at Masters was so nasty I was shocked. What a complete turn around from my previous experience.

I needed to get another copy of the report emailed to me. Too bad I didn't ask his name, in any case he proceeds to basically rip me a new one because I asked for another copy of the report. He finds it in his system, says he has no idea what I'm referring to, I had no idea what the insurance company was referring to, my reason for contacting Masters.

Couldn't be bothered helping me at all. Tells me he only does these inspections as a favor to his customers. As I said to him, good to know, hung up and called CARCO customer service and got the info I needed. Don't bother offering a service if you can't be bothered going the extra mile when needed.

I needed work done on my car a few times, and everyone at Masters is such a pleasure to work with. They do a fantastic job, and the car always looks great. Big thanks to Bryan, Bobby, and Michelle for all their help, professionalism, and understanding. Nothing but praise for this shop.

I have been utilizing Masters services for 35 years; and I am very happy with their work and Customer Service. Michelle in Customer Service is excellent. Bobby and Bryan assess the work that needs to be done to your vehicle so that when you get your car back, it looks and performs like new! They are meticulous in matching paint. A Service that they do not advertise is Detailing your car.

They do a wonderful job of detailing a car. I have a 1979 Datsun 280 ZX that was garaged for 25 years. They were able to bring a shine back to the paint and match the paint for a small repair. They also detailed my 2019 Ram Classic to look like it just came out of the showroom. Masters does fabulous work at a fair price! They will also work with your Insurance Company if your car is involved in a accident.

I have been a long customer of master collision and they have never disappointed us. Their professionalism from beginning to end is outstanding, but the workmanship is Superb. I highly recommend Master collision. After knowing and having a 20 year plus business relationship, they haven't proving me wrong when I say THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.

Brian at masters is amazing! All of the staff are so friendly and kind. He went above and beyond for my car and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I was in an accident and needed a new bumper etc. He also went out of his way to fix the paint that was chipping on my car( which I had been disputing with the dealership about ) I definitely recommend them as a trustworthy shop to have your car fixed! It can be difficult to find trustworthy people to work on your car, and as layman, most of us are often uneducated about to topic and, therefore, at the mercy of those in the business. Master's collision is trustworthy. From the moment I dropped my car off, I knew it was in good hands. Dean, Michelle, Bobby, Frank, and Brian went above and beyond by answering any questions I had, giving me useful information to help me make informed decisions, and being patient as I navigated a difficult insurance process and made the decision that was best for me.

Honest good guys, any problems I've ever had have always been thru them! They always help me out and work with me for a rental or whatever I need.

After a horrible road incident Masters was very patient and helped out with my vehicle. They assured me they would assist with my insurance company as much as possible as they were sluggish and uninformative with the case. If I ever run into issues with my new car rest assured I will be stopping by Masters first.

Masters Collision is the best! Just got my wife's BMW back from Masters Collision. Wow! It looks like it just came out of the showroom; you can't tell it was ever hit. Dean, Jr. handled everything with the insurance company and it all went so smoothly with no hitches. The paint color match was perfect, absolutely no overspray and the body panels were fitted perfectly.

And the turnaround time was really quick. Michelle in the office was great in handling all the details. When we got the car back it had been detailed and looked brand new! I highly recommend Masters Collision.

I had two cars (Jeep, Mercedes) repaired at Masters Collision and they did an amazing job! The staff was very friendly and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. My wife was hit by an unlicensed driver and Brandon was great walking us through the entire process and working with the auto insurance companies.

2 years ago I bought my car in for repair through insurance and was unhappy with the end result. Brian went out of his way to not only redo the job, but to rent me a car on his dime so that I wouldn't miss work that week. The end result was perfect. They do awesome work with paint quality, color matching and blending. You can't tell where they started and ended!
