I went to talk about my nissian rogue being fixed. Guy made all types of reasons NOT to fix it. Un professional, rude, terrible. Said the job was NOT worth fixing of 2,000. "Too much of a job" Did not want to go through with insurance. Also saying my damage to my car wasn't that bad. Dont go here if u want a "small and not worth his time" job fixed. Truly disgusting

Did some touch up work on my car and put decals on for me. Came out nice. I've come here twice before with my friend's car when he got into two different accidents. Overall I'd say this place is honest and they'll work with you. Fair prices. Wouldn't trust anyone else in the area.

From beginning to end it was a pleasure meeting the staff and owner. As for there work it was exceptional the blending work on the color match on my car was immaculate definitely a highly recommended shop for any body and paint work needed well worth the price.

Paul & the staff at Grandview was absolutely amazing! They made a stressful situation very easy for me. Paul was on top of everything, contacting the insurance company, making sure I knew what was going on throughout the repairs, and made sure all of the repairs were perfect. Car was cleaned and waxed inside & out. When I picked up my car it looked better than the day I bought it new from the dealer. I HIGHLY recommend Paul & Grandview Auto Body!

I had such a wonderful experience at Grand View Auto Body! Somebody side swiped my 3 week old new 2020 car! I couldn't believe it but I took it to Grand View and the owner Paul was so wonderful! He assured me that it would be fixed to look brand new and better than before and he definitely delivered! He also did it for an exceptional price too! My vehicle was hit the bumper was damaged. It made no since to go thru insurance so the repair was coming out of pocket. My neighbor referred me to Grandview I went to the shop and meet with Paul. Paul was professional and gave me a excellent price. I told Paul I had aftermarket lights that I was going to have installed at a later date. Paul told me for a small fee he could take care of it for me.

Overall the work that was done on my vehicle was superb. Grandview is my new autobody and detail shop. The work that was done was excellent, Paul communicated and let me know if there was anything that needed to be changed or modified. Baldwin is lucky to have a establishment like this in the community. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone that is looking to get body work on their vehicle or their vehicle detailed.

My husband brought his car in for left rear bumper repair. Paul and his staff did an excellent job, and car was ready in a day and a half. We both highly recommend them. Excellent prices and great service.

This shop has got to be the most friendly and efficient shop around. As a woman, body shops tend to treat you differently than men, not with Grandview. I'm always treated with such respect and kindness. Paul is a living doll and always explains everything and has your car ready on time. The prices are reasonable and the work fabulous. If you are looking for an honest and reliable body shop, give them a try, you will be glad you did.

This place is the greatest. New cars old cars makes no difference they repair rebuild restore. I've had a number of cost repaired here and have always been happy. Recently had two cars painted excellent job on blending. Ask for Tony tell him Henry sent you. Proud to put my name on this recommendation.

There was an unfortunate misunderstanding between my car door and a bollard during a storm, I ended up with a large dent in the door, and a destroyed mirror, I got a couple of quotes, one from a body shop in Brooklyn which was lower, one from another body shop in Baldwin, and Grand view auto body shop. When I walked in to the shop the first thing I noticed was that the office was clean and so was the work area, the place was spotless. I'm used to the bodyshops in Brooklyn, they tend to be dark rather dank places with oil stains all over the floor.

This place was a welcome surprise. The manager introduced himself, looked at my car and gave me a reasonable quote and assured me the car would be ready in less than a week. I dropped the car off, thinking to myself that if he was like any of the other body shops, I'd dealt with, I'd be lucky to get it back in a month. I was wrong. I went over this morning the car was ready, he had even done some extra work free.

Not only that, but he returned my car detailed and spotless. The paint matched perfectly, the mirror was new and painted (he threw that in as a freebie),a nd ditto my car bumper. My car looked like it just came off the lot. I would recommend Grand view body shop any day, the staff are polite, efficient and know their business, and their price is fair. If you need your job done well and for a reasonable price, just go over there and ask for Paul. He's a real stand up guy

I unfortunately have had to use these guys more than once but I can't tell you how impressed I am with both the quality work and the amount of time they needed to return my car in the condition that was better than when I bought the car new off the showroom.

If you go here make sure you see Paul. Hate to say it but we have taken our car/van here on more than a few occasions. Great overall service over the years. By the way, they do a fantastic job detailing your auto. Highly recommend them.

My eleven year old red Honda Civic just came out of Grandview Auto Body and all I can say is WOW. It looks brand new.so much so that I was nervous driving it home! I have been going to Grandview Auto Body for over six years and every time it has exceeded my expectations. Paul, the owner, in addition to his talent and expertise, is Honest, Considerate, and Dependable. Thank you for my 'new' car.

If you want to be verbally abused this place is great. My mother dropped off the car, and I went to pick it up, I guess they figured an old lady wouldn't care how the car looked. When I got there there was lots of dirt under the paint, the bumper was poorly taped off leaving a palm sized patch of color where it was supposed to be black in the grill, but the best part is that the worker at the shop was yelling at me for the shoddy work. AVOID THIS PLACE
