One mechanic in particular is not knowledgeable about repairs. He told a customer that his left rack and pinion was bad. When this part goes bad it's both sides because it is connected to both sides.

Went in for inspection, they failed it and basically said the whole front end needed repaces, quoted 800 not including a part they had to can the dealership about. I took it to another very reputable national owned shop and had a second look. And it passed inspection. will never go here again, plus it was over 2 hour wait with an appointment. rip off liars and waste of time.

Called center tire to ask about 4 tires they had them, I told them I had wheels off car and can bring just the wheels and tires to have new tires mounted.he said he can get to them a couple minutes after I show up. I show up he says lean tires on wall and we will get them in about 5 min. 40 min later tires are still there, I take them back and put in my truck, drove couple miles up the road to Smileys tire and he had the tires and took them in immediately, I was out of there in 10 minutes, amazing service at Smileys tire and great price also. I will never try another tire shop again, center exit has terrible service.

I like that they don't try to push lower quality tires on you. Do your research first, find the best tires for your vehicle. They had the best prices around.

This place is a life saver! One of very few shops in the Pittsburgh area that was actually able to do an alignment and tire rotation on a RAM 3500 Dually. Not to mention they also fit me in SAME DAY! Highly recommend. Services: Wheel alignment, Tire rotations

I was referred to center tire by my grandmother who has been going to them for years. I needed my car inspected. Steve and his team were very professional and made sure that I understood exactly what I needed for my vehicle to pass inspection. Absolutely will return.

Center exit tire is an excellent place w tire selection at fair price and availability and helpful staff. I had my car inspection at different mechanic and found out my threadwear at 3 and alignment is off. That mechanic quoted me $1,200. Costco needs 10 days for tire order, sams club has a set for $800 and appointment 8 days later. Also both Costco and sams don't do alignment. I called center tires, drove over. A few hours later, im out the door a happy customer. Total cost $668 for tires and alignment. Thanks for fitting me in.

Fast! Fair! They fixed up my tire for me only took like 15 or 20 minutes. While I was waiting I heard them quote a variety of prices to people and they are very fair prices. Way less than you'd be charged at a dealership.

Will never go anywhere else after today. We're leaving for a 10-hour round trip (sorry, burglars, some members of the family are staying home ) and went to NTB for a tire rotation. Discovered that 3/4 tires needed to be replaced. The entire team at Center Exit Tire went beyond the scope of excellent, caring, professional customer service. First place I've ever gone that didn't feel like a potential money-grab. Last and only place I'll ever go for tires.

I called Center Tire about 35 minutes before they closed for the day not too long ago because I had a large piece of metal sticking out of my tire. They took my car in and put on a used tire even though they were working on other cars. My car did not get a head of any one else's but they worked over to take care of my issue. I work in Monaca but live in Lawrence County and will be moving my business to them for their courtesy, professionalism and prompt action. I couldn't be more impressed with them and thank them for their help!

Im sold! I made the mistake of buying wheels from an online vendor. The tires that came with them were too small(literally an inch off the ground). I stopped down today at 11am to see if it was possible to go bigger on the tires without rubbing. Everyone i spoke to was extremely nice. I got a call at 6 saying that the cars done. After checking it out, I could not be happier with the fitment. These guys are spot on and have great prices. Highly recommend!

Brought my 2015 Mustang GT for two front tire exchange, when I left there was compound all over each each rim (I cleaned the compound off before taking pictures). As you can see in picture 3, there is old 3M tape residue from the weights and some scratches that'll need buffed out! I do realize this isn't Ford or a high-end shop, but I do wish they would of cleaned up the mess of compound residue and at least used black wheel weights. Overall, not terrible service, just wish they would pay more attention to detail on Muscle and Sports cars.

These are my tire guys since 2013 when I bought a new car. They are honest, experienced, and are a great value. They offer a range of tire brands and various price points. They are conveniently located just off I-376. They offer free wi-fi while you wait for first come, first serve tire services including free tire rotation if you buy your tires from them.

Called in the morning to make an appointment and was told, "first come first serve". When I brought the car in to wait for service I heard multiple people come in with appointment times. I needed an inspection as well as emissions, knowing that I would need at least 2 new tires. I was told I needed all 4. When inspection was complete, it failed. I needed new back brakes, license plate lights and a running light to pass.

I ok'd the additional services to pass inspection immediately. About 3 hours wait later a young man approached me and told me it would be 20 more minutes. An hour passed and I asked if I could pay to get it out of the way and I was told they didn't have the final bill and "it's almost done". I've yet to test drive it to give my final rating but blame myself for not arriving earlier for service, appointment or not. Hopefully the wait and the cost was worth it. Final rating to be announced!

So after a month after my visit (bought 4 tires and more) the mail in rebate for my tires was half of what I was told by the salesman. Still very happy with the work i had done and the time i spent there. But changing my review based on the rebate promised. Services: Oil change, Wheel alignment, General repairs & maintenance, Tyres

Great customer service, highly competitive pricing and professional! When mounting and balancing my snowtires yesterday for a great price, they placed each of my still-good, all-season radials in a plastic bag to keep the inside of my van clean. Seem to have a very good stock of tires. Plenty of parking and just up the hill off the Center exit (of course!) of 376. It's a short walk to McDonald's if you need a bite to eat while waiting.

Excellent and great service. Wouldn't go anywhere else to have my vehicles maintained. Very honest and trustworthy and would take the time to explain everything that needs attended to your vehicles as well as show you. I recommend to all my family and friends to go there.

Great facility, great owner and steady employees over the years. I've bought hundreds of tires from them, had inspections, brakes and other Maintaince Completed by them. Not one complaint

Everybody was super nice. We had called, got prices, and wrote down Michelin $220 each. Showed them the paper- we would like 4 Michelin tires for our truck. 2 1/2 hours later, (also got an alignment) go to leave & the wrong tires are on the truck. Ok everybody can make a mistake so they put the correct ones on and we paid the additional $85. My point- 3 1/2 hours later - as a business person, I would of offered the customer a discount for their time & trouble so they would be a repeat customer.now we won't be.

These guys are great. I have purchased new tires here, had snow tires put on/taken off and even had inspection done. There is a small seating/waiting area inside but it's most convenient to drop your car off and pick it up later if it's going to be there for a bit.

Do most of my own car work so I am extremely particular and frugal when it comes to getting my vehicle worked on. Tried a ton of shops around the area and this one is the BEST hands down. Great prices awesome service and friendly and helpful staff members. Only improvement I could ask for is opening up a hour earlier.

I had a terrible experience here. They kept my car for 4 days when it was supposed to be 1 without offering a loaner car, misquoted me to where I ended up paying double the price they told me, and the check engine light came back on not even a week later. Then they didn't even call me to say that my car was done. Find another place, any place but here to take your car.

I live in the city and the 40 minute drive is worth it. They are friendly, quick, and most importantly, honest. I've been coming here for a few years and try to have any car work done here. It is family owned and operated and you can tell they take pride in their business. The prices are always comparable or less than competitors. They are always very busy so call ahead.
