The rear hatch was damaged on my 2020 Lincoln aviator. From the time of the estimate to the completion I was very very satisfied. The r workmanship or should I say craftsmanship was unbelievable. First time going here, and they didn't disappoint. Anthony was great. He assured me that they don't take any shortcuts, and they do things right. I had a large dent with scraped paint that was starting to rust, and they were able to remove the dent and the rust, and then did a great job on the paint.

I took my Honda to this auto repair place because of all the good reviews. After someone running into my car, I took it to this establishment for auto body repair. We had the car towed to their shop because it was making a noise that I have NEVER heard before. After the repair was done, the car was still making the noice. Anthony's answer was."Once you have an accident, you hear all kinds of noises." WTH.this is why we had it towed.
It turned out it was a strut on the passenger side of the car. Honda looked at it and said it was caused by the accident. I have NEVER changed a strut on any of my cars, my Honda was only 2016. Also, I had to go back because the drive side door was hitting the fender. Not too happy

The paint job? They did ok. The angle of the metallic flake doesn't match the original paint, so it looks a little darker then the rest of the car. Also, they denied the damage to my rims was from an animal impact. I ran over a huge raccoon at 75 mph. The damage it did to the quarter panel and door was unbelievable. Just imagine hitting a speed bump at 75 mph. It reasonable to believe your wheels will get damaged. But they just shrugged me off. You might want to steer clear of this place.

We came to Grossi with a large dent and smaller ones that were put into our vehicle. They gave us a quote 4 months ago and still honored the quote when we brought the vehicle in. Scheduling it was no problem as we were the ones who waited so long. Brought it in the morning and was able to pick it up again later that day. They even drove the vehicle to my home as I was unable to get a ride to their office. Good service and friendly employees. I recommend them to anyone.
