I made an appointment and when I got there his wife said he was too busy. What a freaking joke. Never doing business with these people ever again. Such a waste of time

Everyone needs to find their "Car Guy"! I have been giving J&B my business for a few years now, oil changes and major car repairs. I had a warning light come on while in Florida on vacation recently. I was a little worried about it, so I called to ask Jeff at J&B. J&B had already closed and I DIDN'T leave a message. The light went away and was still wondering what was going on with my car. JEFF CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY, BECAUSE HE SAW MY MISSED CALL! Jeff reassured me all was well and to get in when I got back- no worries. I can't say enough about his professionalism and trustworthiness.

Jeff is a great mechanic and a fantastic auto shop owner. Recommended by a friend who drives out of her way to use him. I now know why. Thanks for being a fair and honest business!

I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Every time I call, Jeff remembers me, my wife, and our vehicles. They have the most fair and reasonable rates around, do great work, and stand behind any repairs they do. If I had a single complaint it would be that it's sometimes hard to get in quick because they are so amazing that the are always busy but that just shows you how trusted they are.

I was referred by a close friend and couldn't be happier. Jeff is incredibly professional and respectful. Both times my car has been in, he has handled it quickly and affordably. It's nice to find a shop that can deliver all of that.
