Happy customer! These guys do beautiful work at fair prices. Everyone is super nice to work with and they pay attention to the details. I've used them for several cars over the years, (collision and detailing), and I've always been really happy with the results. You will be too!

They did a sloppy job painting my bumper, lots of paint bubbles and bumps. also felt like they used a mop wiping the glass on my car, left lots of watermark on my dash and windows. If I knew they'd clean it I would've opted out.

Top Tier service from start to finish. This business is run very efficiently and with true dedication to quality. From appointments, updates and car repairs - everything was exceptional. Soon after walking through the door at Towne Auto I knew I had made the right decision to come to them. Monica, the customer service representative, was friendly, professional and made me feel confident that my priorities were hers too. She is customer-focused, professional and proactively kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle's repairs. Jay, the manager, is a knowledgeable straight-shooter who clearly articulated the repair process and delivered on his commitments.

His assessment of the damage and cost was quick and accurate with no after-the-fact surprises. The Towne Auto team were a pleasure to deal with. Jay (Jason Farino) at Towne Auto & his team are absolutely terrific! I recently went to Towne Auto as first time client, for an estimate to replace a door garnish molding that had torn off. Every interaction I had from the initial phone call to book an appointment was the best, most excellent customer-focused service. it was amazing! The front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Jay was super professional, knowledgeable, honest and very personable.

He thoroughly analyzed my car issue and patiently answered my questions about what he proposed; he immediately coordinated with his team to prep the metal, and then he securely attached the new garnish! He went above and beyond! I had come for an estimate, met a great team, and what an unexpected surprise to leave with my car fixed! Thank you Jay and team! If you ever need a body shop, this must be your go-to shop. I cannot say enough good things about Towne Auto Collision/restoration. I had an accident and used a different shop from a list my insurance company gave me of very close shops to my home. That other shop did not do the job correctly. I had to get the issues rectified and insurance expanded the list of shops.

I saw the reviews for Towne and picked them. I am so happy I did. The manager Jason (Jay) contacted me right away, he personally looked over the car and pointed out how he would resolve the issues and his team did exactly that. Everything was done perfectly and professionally. If I ever need work in the future, Towne Auto Collision is the only shop I will trust to do the work right the first time. Everything about this shop is top notch, from the initial conversation, continued communication, the actual work and final pickup. Thanks to Jay and his team.

I could not be happier with the results I got from Towne Auto. The work they did was flawless. The staff was attentive and friendly. The turn around time was fast. They do not cut any corners and do the job the right way even if it means more work for them. I had 2 other estimates and theirs was in the middle. Very fair pricing, especially for the high quality work they do. Jay really knows what he is doing and is a really nice, professional guy. I would highly recommend Towne Auto to friends and family.

I wanted to put the SRT hood on my Dodge Durango Solely for the cosmetic appearance. Found Towne Auto and decided to go with them based off of reviews. Very nice receptionist connected me with Jay. Great vibe off the bat, told me he'd treat the car like it was his own and am I glad I decided to trust him. Told me to call when I had everything ready for the installation and he'd be able to put me in the schedule.

My thought was probably a couple of weeks, but no he said drop it off tonight and I'll have it done for you in a few days! When I pulled up to pick the car up I was impressed, Work was spot on. My knowledge in this area is minimal but my feeling is you want someone who cares and takes pride in their work and that is what you're going to get here at Towne Auto.

Never has my Pilot looked any better than when it was returned after the repairs were completed by Towne Auto. Not only was the rear quarter panel, bumper meticulously repaired, the entire truck was washed inside and out, vacuumed and detailed. A realignment was performed, tires filled and they added caps anywhere I was missing them. And here is the going above and beyond moment. on the passenger side of the truck, I had a paint scrape on the door the size of a dime.

No more, the Team at Towne Auto touched it up and it wasn't even part of the repairs (pic below)! The small things add up and Jay has built a Team of professionals who care about their customers and you see that through their actions. Quality repairs with excellent customer service. I got a list of auto body shops where to go to from progressive, and I am very happy that I went to Towne Auto. Everyone there was very professional, and friendly. Especially Jay. After I talked to him when I came for the estimate I knew right away I wanted to take my car here to get fixed. He was one of the nicest people I have talked to. I want to thank him and all the people at Towne and Auto for making my car look brand new. If I had to drive 100 miles to get my car fixed here I would go without a question. If you need to go and get your car fixed highly recommend coming here!

I hit a snow boulder on the interstate and damaged my front end trim. It was not an insurance claim and Towne worked with me on the price so I could afford it. The repair work was excellent and the people here are great. Definitely recommend them!

Went there for two insurance claims. I cannot begin to tell you what a great job they did. I got to admit, the nature of the fix was one that either its right, or its not. Not only was it right, it was perfect. They took great care of me, and more importantly my truck. They have a customer for life. I cannot tell where the old parts stop and the new ones begin. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your efforts!

It took nearly 3 months of back and forth to finally get my car back completely fixed. Incomplete work, wrong parts ordered, phone calls unreturned, old parts glued back on, these are a few of the problems I had getting work done here.

The experience with Towne Auto Body was beyond excellent. My child was in an accident with over 20K in damages to the front end of her vehicle while driving out of state. Not only did Towne assist us with the delivery of this undriveable car back to Randolph NJ, after 6 weeks of receiving certified manufactured parts, the car came back to us looking brand new.

Along with the auto body work, Jay and team went above the call to get the manufacturer to assist with faulty items that were needed for safe driving again. Special thanks to Jay and Val for keeping us abreast throughout the process. I would encourage anyone needing trustworthy, exceptional craftmanship to look no further than Towne in Randolph. Towne was great a few years ago when we needed repairs and now they're fantastic. I happened to be renting a car at the rental agency inside the shop for the weekend (late Feb 2020). A week prior, I sustained some damage to my car. I asked if a repair could be completed while I was away over the weekend. Jason was on it immediately, quoted a great price, got Russ on the case who got the work done, cleaned and detailed my car, and had It ready for me on Monday morning when I returned. I can't say enough nice things about this experience. And super cool getting to know Jason.

Had a great experience with Towne. Someone backed into me in a parking lot. After getting an estimate for a bumper cover from another local body shop, I went to Towne for another estimate. Jay showed me that the nose of the car was impacted by the accident, resulting in significantly more damage. Towne helped me with getting the claim filed. The insurance company was not responding and Towne helped to move things forward. They were proactive and responsive. They did great work with terrific attention to detail. Highly recommend Town Auto Restoration!

On the receipt they circle all repairs have a lifetime warranty as long as you own your vehicle. I had over $7,000 worth of work done. When I showed them the problem it's this or that it's got nothing to do with their work (when it clearly does) Company does not stand by their work. And according to my car dealer they're using cheap inferior parts.

Just picked my car up after two weeks and this place returns my car with damages in the interior. When I asked the manager how he's going to take care of it and he tells me he's going to order the parts and call me when it comes in and is going to contact my insurance to pay for it. Mind you the insurance already quoted my original claim/damage and shouldn't be responsible for the damage caused by the shop.

Jennifer at the front desk was amazing. She worked around my schedule to make sure the timing worked for me, even when I needed to make a change at the last minute. She even helped set me up with the rental company. When I picked up my car it looked brand new and was completely detailed on the inside as well, even though my accident didn't affect the interior of the car. I hope to never need their services again but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to go here again. They truly made a stressful situation easy.

I have been to multiple auto repair places in the area and this one is by far the best. Not only are their prices fair, everyone who works there is extremely friendly. They fixed my car quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

I wish I can give this place negative star. The owner, Peter is such a condescending jerk. I went to get my father's SUV body works. We needed multiple areas to be fixed including back tailgate door. We went and got an estimate from Peter, he said we needed to replace and that part price was expensive. We agreed on cash price and dropped off the car for service.

When the car was ready, it was few days later than he agreed to finish. When we went, he was demanding money even before he was going over the work he had done. We insisted to look at the car before we pay and found that he REPAIRED the part that he said we needed to REPLACE. He said he repaired to save us money, but funny thing is he didn't give us any discount.

He was going to keep all the savings in his pocket. Also, the other body part that fixed didn't fit right. He said he will try to fix it and asked us to leave the car one more day. We left the car and following morning at 5:44am, he sent me another revised estimate with 'REPAIR' where he had it as 'REPLACE'. You don't send REVISED estimate after you finished the job you agreed on!

You do it before you start the job! If he said he will repair, I wouldn't have agreed on the price. There was $1000 difference between repair and replacement. Since two different body shops said we needed to replace, we agreed to replace it. We were so discussed by it and asked him to give me a discount. After insisting to give us discount, I was able to get $400 discount.

I ended up paying extra $600 for repair job. It's not all about money, but it's about ethics and principle! If you tell your customer that you will replace, you replace! You don't repair and try to collect money for replacement. If my father wasn't inspecting the car carefully, we wouldn't have found our that he repaired it.

When he was giving us the car key, he said 'merry Christmas'. I guess he thought he was going to get away with it, but got caught and had to give us discount! Shame on him! When I went to return the rental car, they knew about Peter and said they stop doing business with him few years ago. I wish I knew!

My family and I have been going to Towne about 6 years now, we have always been treated politely and professionally. We had several vehicles repairs with Towne and they were always accommodating with scheduling and insurance procedures and the end result always excellent. Their work is always guaranteed for life and it appears on all the paper work issued to us.

When you first walk in to this office, you are immediately taken back by it, you feel like you have entered a spa its beautiful and very clean. Peter was very informative and honest with all the recommendations for the repairs. I would highly recommend this facility and their staff. Great experience.:) :)

This guy has soo many negative reviews and they are all true yet he has them hidden/removed on Yelp and other review pages/website. CLICK: "4 other reviews that are not currently recommended" on the bottom of this yelp page after the last review and you'll see for yourself how he hid the negative reviews to make his place look better! He is known to be an asshole to customers and extremely rude.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Unfortunately this shitty auto body shop is recommended by State Farm, when it shouldn't be. Customer care is nonexistent in this shop and the owner is such a dick. We made the mistake of getting our BMW fixed there after hurricane sandy and the guy who owns the shops originally quoted a lot lower price so the insurance company had us fix it instead of totalling it.

After A MONTH he kept on delaying and eventually came up with the final price that was double the the original quote! We could have just had the car totalled but he just played the system to get the money from the insurance company. Then after we didnt hear back from the asshole owner after calling numerous times, we went to pick it up after 2 months in the shop.

The owner was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. To make things worse when we got the car and drove it, it wouldnt drive more than 20 miles an hour and we brought it back and the battery was done. The owner refused to take responsibility for the issue even though the battery was less than a year old and clearly drained out after being at his shop for 2 months.

After fighting with state farm, they finally got the battery replaced by the useless autoshop. 2 weeks pass by, I get error codes on my dashboard and i take it to the dealership and they say that some of the battery cables were cut which was directly attributed to the autobody shop replacing the battery. Also the BST cable connected to the battery wasn't properly installed and had to be replaced.

This all cost over $1200 out of pocket for us. This all wasn't covered by the autobody shop and i had issues with the car ever since. I finally sold the car and i got rid of the headache. We even changed insurance companies after to Geico because of this issue and how State Farm is aware of this issues at the autobody shop but continues to recommend them due to lower costs. SMH

Very good work, reasonable prices, polite and accommodating! If needed will definitely use them again. Ed was very nice and even held my car while until I came back from vacation at no charge. I gave a four star because I found some places that should have been cleaned a little better as I am anal like that and pd $250 for the detail. But overall my car looks great!
