I have been going to this place for 6+ years. Their honest work is the best.

Terrible business and people, price gouging and profiting off of people misery. Police force you to use this towing company not giving option to use your own towing services as they have a contract with police department to tow vehicles from crash site. Got into an accident and my vehicle was totaled. The towing driver was reluctant to drop off the car anywhere but their lot.

The car was towed from site during their off-business hours, no way for me to get the car the same day. Less than 24 hours when I picked-up the car from their lot, they charged me for 2 days of car lot fees and storage; stating, "we count calendar days not hours here". Not even talking about ridiculously expensive towing fees. Given the people there I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My cars been sitting in the driveway for months with 2 flats and a dead battery, called geico for a tow. showed up quickly and on time, driver helps me get my car out of a tough spot and was really helpful

One of my specialties is transportation Motor Carriers, Long & Short Haul, etc., and I've dealt with some real Lou Lou s when it comes to automotive repair. I've Seen and Experienced it all in my profession and with my personal vehicle. Then I tried Piece Of Mind. One of the BEST DECISIONS IVE EVER MADE!

They are True PROFESSIONALS! Extremely knowledgeable. STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY ACCOMMODATING and most of all HONEST! No Nickel and Dimeing! No "Surprise" charges! The BEST communication! I was stuck on the side of the road due to a flat tire. The tow truck got to me earlier than expected, technician was awesome, super nice. Made a not so great situation seem not so bad.

I went for my oil change today the lady that work behind the counter absolutely awesome such a lovely lady I was in and out of there within a half hour 35 minutes the most I would say great service

I took my car to PoM after hearing a grinding noise near the front tire. I had recently gotten my brakes, calipers, and rotors replaced after hearing a similar noise and was hoping something major wasn't wrong again. Jim took multiple test drives, called me to talk about the issue, and checked several parts on my car. Turns out there was rust building up because I'm not driving it enough (thank you, COVID).

After making all that effort, they never charged me! When I thanked them they said they just wanted to make sure my car was safe and I was taken care of. It's hard to find that kind of generosity, care, and honesty! I truly appreciate the PoM team and highly recommend giving them your business.

Irving was an absolute pleasure to work with! I probably drove him nuts messaging him at 2 am and 6 am and 11pm. asked 5 zillion questions and asked about 30 cars probably but he was so patient and kind and gave me a deal that no one was able to get close to. An absolute pleasure to work with! I recommended him to my brother as well now. Definitely use him for your next car!

New to the area and I needed an oil change, front headlight replacement and state inspection for my 10 year-old compact SUV. I really couldn't be any happier with the job that Peace of Mind did. The prices were fair, they did a flawless job, and the car was ready exactly when they told me it would be (the entire process took less than 24 hours). Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional and I never once felt pressured. It couldn't have been any easier on my part. The gorgeous views of the lake are a bonus.
