Absolutely satisfied! From the minute that I walked in for an apt. Crystal did an amazing job with communication, called me to update me on progress. Was a little bummed out that my car was crashed but they returned her fixed up and brand new. Looks like it never happen. Very well organized. and professional! Thank you guys for fixing my Subaru! My car was in an accident and needed repair. They had originally given me a date a month out but were able to squeeze me in over a month early due to a cancellation. Crystal is the best at keeping you in the loop and definitely has amazing customer service skills. Would recommend and return of ever needed in the future!

Well I made the first big dent in our new Honda CRV. Broken tail reflector, dented/scraped bumper and pretty big dent in rear side panel. Being fairly new to the area I called the Honda service department to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately they don't do body work but referred my to First Aid Collision. Despite it being a little far from our home I called, spoke to a really nice guy (Seth) who asked me to text pictures. Pictures sent and Seth texted me back an estimate with the caveat that it may change once he saw the car.

The damage was just on cusp of reporting to my insurance or just paying. After all, there was no one else involved with this accident except me for backing into a steel poll. We had to wait approximately 3 weeks to get an appointment but finally dropped off the car this past Sunday evening, left keys in their drop box. Monday morning 9am Seth called and discussed the estimate and additional damage to the bumper (not really clear from the photos). Seth was totally upfront and honest about the damage and based on seeing the car the initial estimate did go up.

He quoted me a new price (yes it was higher than initial) and he clearly let me know that the additional work on bumper was not really needed but given the car is only a year old we decided to give them to go ahead and fix it all. Yesterday after just 2.5 days they had been able to get all parts ordered and installed. Again spoke with Seth around mid afternoon when he said he was washing the car and we could pick up!

One day sooner than expected. Arrived there just before their closing time. Our car was fixed, washed and ready. The price was exactly what Seth quoted. We can't even tell where the damage was! Overall, First Aid was honest, fair, did excellent work and exceeded expectations! Customer Service (primarily Seth) was great. He communicated with me every step of the way and responded to texts or calls fast (usually within 30 minutes). Hopefully I will not be needing them again but if I do need body work done on my car again, First Aid Collision will be my go to place.

The worst body shop in town. After having my car for over 2 months, leaving me without transportation for over 30 days after my rental had expired, I still received a rush job. What was supposed to be all new tires, was actually fraud. On pick up day I had a flat front driver tire and it will not hold air for more than a day. I had a chip size piece, broken off of my dash and my glove compartment is broke and hanging still. After witnessing the service that my wife received from a different body shop, I realized that My insurance company and I, had been robbed.

Could not recommend anyone else. Was in an accident on 26 less than a month after purchasing my new car. First Aid fit me in and Crystal and Seth kept me informed during the process. Car looks and runs great. Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Painting, Welding, Body & Trim

We took our vehicle to First Aid after a hydroplaning incident that resulted in some minor body damage to our Chevy Tahoe. I can't say enough positive things about Crystal, Seth, and the entire staff at First Aid. They were professional, were able to fit us in right away, and the body work was done with excellence. I was also very impressed by their outstanding customer service and communication.

We were continuously kept in the loop on the progress of our repairs (through phone calls and text message updates), and once the repairs were done they went above and beyond to even help coordinate the logistics of getting our rental car turned in and Tahoe picked up all in one trip. I highly recommend First Aid, and we have already been back for another (unrelated) repair that came up. Great people, great service, and great quality of work!

Very good fast service, very nice helpful staff. They are the best staff I have seen yet for autobody work, and are helpful and willing to get any job you need done. They pulled the frame out on my Mercedes SL and installed a new radiator for a reasonable price, much more reasonable than the actual Mercedes dealership. They took my car from not running at all to driving like normal in a week.
