I had 4 star on here at first only because I didn't have anything to compare it to. Service was spectacular I changed to 5 stars because it is truly a family oriented place and not to mention what auto shop do you know where you drop off your truck and they give you a ride home. I needed my battery checked and replaced and they were able to do it quickly. They seemed to know what they were doing and were very nice. If I need service again I will probably go back there.

I've been using Dallas Auto for years, and have found Mike, Jason, and crew to be honest and dependable. I've done most of my maintenance myself for the last few years, but found myself with a problem I couldn't solve this week. Air conditioning work is not cheap. But, I know I got value for my money. They are quick. They do what they say. The price is fair.

Ok guys and gals listen up. I have been using this place since I was in high school 19 years ago and this has to be the most honest mechanic shop I have ever encountered. You will not be disappointed.

I took my Avalanche to them because it had a misfire code and they replaced one spark plug and plug wires and my coolant sensor and said It was good and charged me$300. Then my truck threw a code after driving 10 miles for a knock sensor. I called and left a message with someone for Jason the manager to call me about fixing the knock sensor and Never called back. And they obviously didn't really dig to find the problem. The thing was tapping and sounded horrible.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! They will forever be my go to shop! Jason was fantastic! They worked on my van when my husband threw in the towel! They did exactly what they said they would do in the timeframe they gave me! As a female I felt comfortable and I was not taken advantage of nor treated any different! They didn't try to sell me all kinds of repairs like many other shops I've visited in the past!

I've been using Dallas Auto for years, they do great work and most importantly, they are honest. I've taken my vehicle in on more than one occasion expecting it to be a major repair, only to be told it was something minor or nothing at all. Shady, would not send anyone I know there. It took 5 days to do a 1 day job. Had issues with the employees returning my calls. Was quoted one price and when picking up my car, the price doupled. If you decide to use them.get a quote in writing!

Great place--have been using them for 5 years with 4 different vehicles--have never had nothing but great results--very honest and helpful--I recommend them to my family and friends--people have to realize that some repairs can take a step by step repair procedure to run down a specific problem--vehicles are complicated these days. They will take me home and then come get me when repair is done--Great place- Great people-Honest and very trustworthy--highly recommend!

Very shady and dishonest. Tried to tell my 18 year old daughter her car needed repairs totaling $1800-$2200. Then offered to "buy" the car from her for $300 for "scrap". Turns out the car didn't need the repairs they suggested, it was merely a faulty computer message. I would NEVER trust them with any of my vehicles again!

What a wonderful group of guys! When my truck decided to render itself useless, I stopped by and spoke with tem and were able to pretty much figure out the issue just from my description of the problem. I asked them to tow it in for me and try came right out just a few hours later. (They even helped trim a few tree limbs to keep them from scratching my truck when they got it up on the roll-back) They were very speedy with the repair and were very thorough. I can usually tell when a mechanic has cut corners with repairs and this repair event has been the one that I can label "Outstanding"! Thanks guys! Highly recommended!
