Gene never avoided me even while there arose more issues with the diagnostics. He kept in touch while my truck was being tested and fixed. My neighbor referred Precision Tech to me. Our Ford Ranger blew a head gasket, they found us a new engine and replaced it quickly and for a great price. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs maintenance on their vehicle.
