Thief, charges 500% mark up on parts. No wonder hardly any customers over there, takes advantage of uninformed customers. Do your research before doing business with this shop. Mom that answer the phone has bad attitude, hey lady I help pay the bills. This shop isn't far from me but I rather drive 50mi across town for service. The last time I was there I asked to many questions, owner suggested I should sell the car.

I am so thankful for the service that I received at this shop! They communicated with me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle and what was needed to repair it. I was given a quote and the actual charges wound up being LOWER than the original quote! The car was ready when they told me that it would be. I will definitely use this shop for any other needs with both of my vehicles. I am thoroughly impressed!

Never take your car to this place. They will RIP you off and place the blame on you. Took my car in for service paid 820 and my car runs worse than it did before I took it there. He gives a bunch of excuses and talks about everything but the problem. He didn't run a diagnostic on my car he just went off of what I told him. I know how to work on cars so I check my transmission fluid and he reused the old fluid that he drained out and charged me for that. I will never recommend that place to anybody.

We have had successful work done in the past, hence the extra star, but I have never been treated like I was such an idiot in a professional setting before. I came in with full knowledge of the work that needed to be done, to purchase oil, and to schedule an appointment at their convenience. The woman especially was condescending and acted like I was ruining their whole day.
When a customer comes in knowing the work that needs doing, oblige them and work with them, perhaps with a word of caution for future reference. Don't talk to them like they're children. I repeated "Yes, I understand, I get it, I'm well aware" and attempted to just carry on with the business, but the woman insisted on talking down to me, even on my way out the door.
I was nothing but patient, polite, and willing to work into their schedule. I could say nothing to ensure this woman that she didn't need to speak to me like that short of directly calling her rudeness out. Thanks a lot for your past work, but we will not be returning. There are others who can do this kind of work AND not have some unnecessary attitude. To prospective customers: immense patience required.

The desk lady was very rude and told me they never had my car, but I had it towed there that week. They lied to insurance saying ALL FOUR of my motor mounts were incorrectly in place and they'd all need replacing! But the impact wasn't nearly that severe. Took it to a second shop, they told me my engine was just a little knocked out of place and secured it for free after hearing this story. Wouldnt recommend going here.
