Daughters car was rear ended and we trusted Rays Body Works to fix it. We were very happy when it was complete. Brittany was amazing.she is very knowledgeable and so sweet. I called several times for updates and she was always helpful.

What a pleasure to find an auto body shop that keeps you up to date on: Interactions with the insurance carrier covering the claim. When your vehicle will be ready for pick-up. Notifies you of any delays in meeting the estimated return of your vehicle, in advance. Not to mention that the repair work is performed correctly the first time. While I hope we do not need body repair work again, if we do, I'm going to return to Ray's Body Works, Inc., in Joppa.

They do good work but they did take a very long time to fix my vehicle. Over 30 days.

They repared the hood on my Mini Cooper after a minor collision. The repair took a day longer than their estimate, but the estimated price was spot on. I'm quite pleased with their work, and the paint matches quite well.
