I was really in need of a new reliable car, as my car was causing me a lot issues. It was if the mechanics could not diagnosis the problem and I was just throwing money away. I went to Jones Toyota not thinking that I would actually find something that would be able to fit my needs. I was wrong. Wallace the general manager and Liam the sales consultant we're great.

My questions were answered, they're really nice and easygoing people. Liam likes to joke around and so do I. I believe they both went above and beyond to help me get into my new car. It such a relief to feel like I made the right decision. Im excited to be able to participate in the Toyota Care program and not have to worry about certain car maintenance and 'm happy to be a part of the Toyota family at Jones Toyota.

My husband and I were in the market for a new 3 row SUV, so we decided to stop at Jones Toyota and take a look. Bill Braun greeted us and showed us a few of the Highlanders that they had in stock. We decided to take a test drive and fell in love with a 2022 Highlander Platinum. Bill was easy going, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, honest.

He wasn't pushy like some other salesmen we have encountered in the past at other dealerships. He explained everything that came along with our purchase thoroughly, and was able to answer any questions that we had about the Jones for a Lifetime program. After our purchase, Bill walked us through all of the technology in the car and made sure we felt comfortable with all of the settings and features before we drove off. When the time comes for another new car, we will definitely be going back and seeing Bill at Jones!

I traded in my 2006 Tundra with 507,000 miles for a 2022 Tacoma and the overall experience at Jones was great! Bill Braun was especially helpful with the sale by providing outstanding assistance with any questions or concerns I had. He took the time to explain and make sure I understood everything I needed to know about my new truck as well as all the benefits of becoming part of the Jones experience. I would do it again.

Due to circumstances I needed to trade my vehicle in. Christos and Wallace helped me with the purchase of my new car. They both were amazing and very helpful. This dealership is simply amazing and the staff is so sweet and understanding. I highly recommend Ramiro Ramos. He's just amazing. I got a brand new Toyota Camry straight off the showroom floor because of him. He just makes things happen, I normally don't leave reviews but I had too for this.

The sales rep was very helpful in showing us different models in the inventory. The model we purchased was what we were looking for in the model we were looking to purchase. Not as happy with the up sale of products that may not apply to a used car. The rep could not ensure the product was not already installed on the car as it appears the car was not purchased from Jones originally. Overall, very happy and would recommend Jones for purchase of a car.

I worked with Rich in the sales department he was fantastic, the sales manager and Chris in finance were also a pleasure to work with. I really liked how everyone explained thoroughly the options available while purchasing the vehicle. I got the jeep I always wanted! Even better Sean in service is top notch.

Bill was very helpful in buying my new car and made it a comfortable experience. I appreciate how he explained to me all the features of the car (and paperwork) and was okay in explaining things twice if I needed. Had a great experience purchasing my new car. We were assisted by Kevin, who did an excellent job. He was genuine and pleasant to work with, not just a typical sales pitch like you expect when you arrive to a dealership. Every person we met with at Jones was nice and not overly pushy with additional purchases on the car. It is a tough time to purchase a car due to low inventory and market adjustments, but Jones and Kevin did a great job to minimize our stress. We would definitely recommend Jones Toyota.
