Accurate Auto & Tire Service

Vehicle was missing and wasn't firing right. Took it into my regular auto shop and they made their diagnosis and I went with their recommendation. Couple weeks later same issue started happening again. Greatly disappointed as I had hoped the $800 I had spent would have rectified the issue. Relative recommended that I take it to Accurate Auto. Little out of the way as I live in the Southern Suburbs, but it was the best decision as I haven't had any issues with the vehicle in over 6 months.

They also provided me with a really nice loaner car to use which was heated up. To put icing on the cake there were 2 Chocolate Protein Bars as courtesy sitting on the passenger seat. Nice Touch! Couple weeks after taking the car in for service I received a follow-up call from Accurate Auto making sure that I was completely satisfied. Rarely do I post reviews, but Jim at Accurate Auto is well deserving! Thanks from your now loyal customer from the Southern Suburbs!

Accurate auto is a great place to bring your vehicle. They are professional, timely and they care about you and the safety of your vehicle. They don't price gouge, and they are very knowledgeable. First visit, very happy. They are one of the few places around that can handle a 1-ton dually pickup. I just wanted an alignment after getting new tires. I asked them to also look into my two non-working tire pressure sensors (the GM dealer I bought it from and TWO dedicated tire places couldn't figure out how to make them work), and to keep an eye out for things that might have wrecked the old tires that came on the truck (loose joints, bad shocks, etc.) They did the alignment and found and fixed the pressure sensors NO PROBLEM.

They also told me there was nothing else wrong suspension-wise (a dishonest shop could have easily used my concern as excuse to inflate the bill). The final bill was VERY reasonable, and I'm happy because my tire readout works for the first time since I bought the truck a year ago. Thanks guys!

My first time using this place, right off the bat they were friendly, knowledgeable (in both their specific question asking for diagnostics & assessing my needs, and answering any questions I had), honest, and helpful. My vehicle was done on time. They were accommodating, and always kept me updated as to what was going on. They not only quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, they also made me aware of any recommendations they had, after fully inspecting the car during its servicing.

I found their prices very reasonable (no hidden fee's, or price gouging), and they were also upfront and honest about parts (didn't try to get me to put in new parts when it wasn't necessary) - I really appreciated this! I will certainly be using them again, as well as recommending them to others. It was a pleasure doing business with them, thanks guys!

Accurate Auto is one of the only places I trust to do the work correctly and honestly. The manager just wrote me TODAY after I had work done two months ago, to ask how everything was going and if needed anything more for my vehicle. If I could rate them higher than a 5 star, I would. Accurate is the best and most honest auto shop i have dealt with. I would and have recommended them to everyone I know. I know when I take it to accurate it will be done right and for a honest price. 5 stars for sure evert time.

Jim and his team at Accurate Auto are amazing! I have an older Corvette that came to me from Pennsylvania. When I received it in October, we thought that it was in good shape as it was tuned up/worked on before it was shipped-but we were wrong. After a few days of driving it, I came into a some brake issues. I was recommended to Jim @ Accurate from another Corvette owner and I am so grateful.

I called Jim on a Monday morning with the issues, and he allowed me to have it brought in that day. They had a busy schedule, but he got to it a few days later and had it back to me on Friday that same week! A few days later, I came into a fuel pump issue. Jim had me bring it back again and had it repaired a few days later. All in all, I was there 3 times in October/November, and each time I was impressed with Jim and his friendliness, superior knowledge, honesty and exceptional customer service.

He even lifted the car up for me and walked me through it so I could learn a few things about it. I've recommended other friends for their domestic/foreign cars and any maintenance/service needs. I will be back in the Spring for a general servicing!
