Chris was awesome all around.his customer service was evident immediately on the phone, he came out to my car right away when I arrived for the estimate, gave me a timeline of expectation for the estimate and work. If this is how a few minutes is with this team, I know the work they will do on my precious car will be outstanding too! What a busy place though! They need more staff!

They terrible the way they give you your estimate when you take your car there. First they told me $1358.58 then later call me and said extra $308.63 they forgot when I was there. The I when pick me car up they told me another $329.49 because they miss extra to add on. I will not recommend anybody to take the vehicle there.

Theresa was very knowledgeable and professional. She walked me Thur it step by step when I got side swiped. They were awesome and I will be sending people their way. My car looks great and they washed and cleaned it. They are Good people that do good work. You want no worries then u need these guys! Oh, by the way Theresa needs a raise. She was amazing.

I got a flat tire just down the road from here I put on the spare and by the time I was passing by Blaine Auto Body the spare went flat on me I turned around and lived it back into the parking lot on the rim. I didn't know if they'd be able to help me because they're not a body shop so they don't have a tire machine or the setup for changing tires but they were very gracious and kind and stopped what they were doing to stop and help me fix my tire.
I appreciated their kindness a lot and will not soon be forgotten and I would recommend anybody that enjoys being treated with respect and kindness when having their vehicle worked on to have it brought to Blaine Auto Body!

Customer service was wonderful. We had a flat today.pulled in to borrow a jack. They let us pull into the shop out of the cold and even jacked up the car for us. If this is how they treat unpaying people off the street, I trust they are even better with their customers. Thank you so much. We were having a stressful day.

I was involved in an accident just before Christmas where a vehicle T-Boned my Jeep. I took it to Blaine Auto Body because it was the closest to my house. Honestly, I am so happy I did. My Jeep took a little longer than expected to be repaired but their office was constantly calling me with updates. When I finally got it back, it looked amazing! They did a fantastic job on the outside, not to mention, the detail on the inside made my Jeep feel brand new again! Thank you Blaine Auto Body! I am very impressed!
