Services
Elk River RV started as a part time RV Repair Center, operating out of a garage in the mid 1980s. In September of 1988, we moved into the first shop and L&K was born, and we started doing repairs as a full time job. In 1991 L&K became L&K RV Services, Inc. and the family joined in the business. It wasn't long and L&K outgrew their first shop and in 1999 L&K moved into their present facility.
I bought my first travel trailer at Elk River RV. I was very nervous about it because I'm not exactly skilled in mechanics, and have never owned one before. But, everyone at Elk River RV was incredibly nice and helpful. It's a family run business. Lorin Sr. gave me lots of time to explore all the RVs they sell, and I picked out a T@B.

Friendly sales staff but we're never able to reach the service dept. Three times over the last few years we called with questions or to set up some repair work and they never answer and never returned our call after we left messages. We always have to drive there and ask them in person. But when we do they are great, just wish we didn't have to waste gas to get answers.

This was out first time ever looking at Campers. We had done our research and knew we wanted to look at a teardrop or Aliner camper. We started here first. The owners of this business really took their time with us and let us ask a lot of questions. It was great to learn about the in's and out's of the campers we were interested in. We visited a few other locations the same day that didn't have the inventory of smaller campers like Elk River RV did.
But more importantly, they were not as informative or as open and kind either. We may not buy this year, but when we do, we are definitely going to buy from Elk River RV. Thanks for the great experience guys!

We purchased our tear drop trailer here in 2015 and had hail damage repaired at Elk River RV this spring. We are truly impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of the repairs done! Great communication the whole way through! Thank you Lorin Jr for taking such good care of our Little Guy!

We bought our 1st camper, a T@B 320 S, from this dealership in May, and returned in early October to have it winterized. Everyone we have dealt with, sales and service, seem happy and eager to assist you. They answered all of my wife's questions, no matter how trivial, and made her feel important. They understand customer service here.

Very positive experience! We just bought our very first Aliner from this place! From the minute we got there, we were very impressed with everything. The customer service was great! Not pushy what so ever and everyone was always willing to answer any questions we had. They were also very honest, we never owned a camper before, so they lead us in the right direction that would best suit us.
It was great that they offered financing; Nick was awesome to work with and made the process go by very smoothly. Lastly, the walk through of the camper before we left was extremely helpful. Jim did a great job covering everything we needed to know about the camper. We will also remember some of his hilarious comments that will prevent us from making some mistakes! Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a camper!

We just bought our first camper here. These guys were great to work with over the phone to get things ready. I'd buy 10 more campers just to go through the walkthrough on each one of them with Jim. He was helpful and hilarious. We left feeling like we knew what we needed to know to get us on our way.

In the two years since I purchased my little camper at Elk River Rv, their excellent service didn't stop after they ran my credit card. I bring it back to have it winterized, un-winterized, and to repair the damage I cause through my own silly mistakes (like leaving the electrical cord plugged in as a pull out of a campsite). I wish all companies were run with such integrity and friendliness.

I had a very hard time deciding if and when to buy. They were supportive with all my indecision and treated me with nothing but respect. I highly recommend buying from them not only for their quality RV's but for their integrity. They treat people with understanding and kindness as well as educate them on the RV lifestyle leap.
