My BMW's clutch dropped into the floor on Monday morning. I called around a few shops in the area, and Automobile Associates of Canton were the only ones that had any openings to take a look at it this week. I had it towed there Monday mid-morning and had a diagnosis by Monday mid-day, as well as an order for the necessary part for the repairs. Tuesday afternoon I called to check on it, and Scott told me that the part he ordered was stuck in transit in Memphis, so he ordered another one that would come in next day, and he would just return the other one.
By 315pm on Wednesday, I had my my car all fixed and ready to go. All this on a shortened Thanksgiving week! Thank you so much for taking care of my car so quickly on a short work week and right before a holiday weekend.
