My experience is the absolute worst. When you give a large down payment on an overpriced vehicle you expect everything on the vehicle to work.the service department.please beware.they will scam you into creating another issue without fixing the original one. Do not do buisness with the over priced scam

Got a 2007 fusion here. Despite its age, it had low milage and runs perfect. Shane got me through the buying process and explained to me (someone new to getting loans) how they work. And I'd thank him for that. The auto repair service down stairs does everything they can to help you too. I love these guys. Best part is, it's a loal Bedford County business!

I dropped my car off for state inspection and it turned out it needed to be left for a few days while a tie rod was replaced. During that time I unexpectedly had to go out of state for a funeral and had to leave my car for several additional days until I got back. They were very understanding, plus didn't charge extra for leaving the car longer. Also, Tyler was very polite.
There was additional maintenance that wasn't necessary for passing inspection and he didn't try to push me into getting it done. I plan to go to them again next time I need inspection or work done.

Made a purchase from here. The car was rusted out on the bottom. Couldn't get it put on a lift bc as soon as the place went to put the car in the air it started bending at the frame. Just an overall terrible purchase. Learned my lesson and will NEVER do business with these ppl again. Theure service, car quality and car care suck! All around HORRIBLE! Here let me give you guys some help. 2001 White Subaru outback impresario sport! The account was in my wife's name

Town Hill Auto has really helped me care for my car. They are kind and generous with their advice. Tyler, at the service desk, always provides top notch, polite service- he calls me back promptly and explains exactly what my auto needs are. I am never over-charged and I am so thankful to have trustworthy auto maintenance.

Recently our car broke down outside of Bedford pa. We live in Mars which is about an hour and a half away. We had it towed here after being recommended by the driver. Tyler had looked over the car, diagnosed the problem, , and gave us options for repair. Unfortunately we decided against it. Tyler was very helpful and sympathetic about our situation. Although no work was done I would definitely recommend them for others in our situation as everything was handled very professionally.

Great selection of cars, with fair prices. Staff was helpful, & pleasant. Shane, being VERY busy, still returned my calls, & was Very pleasant, professional. I went to rent a car, while I was looking for one, I loved the first car I rented, so that's the car I bought. I love my 2012 Chevrolet Malibu! Thank you Shane!

We just moved to the area and I was searching for an auto mechanic to not only service our personal vehicles but my company truck through Enterprise. Not only did they provide all of the services I needed but they do it in a very timely manner at fair prices. The whole staff is very friendly especially Tyler the service manager who, despite us only being here since August, made us feel like we've been lifelong customers. Big thumbs up for these guys.

Just bought our jeep from town hill in June! We had to get an oil change we travel a lot and get new air compressor for AC. Even though it was not originally covered they were more then willing to cover it. It was done early and gave us options and were so great to work with. We have dealt with them in the rental side in the past as well and service and vehicle was great.

We were sold a truck in November 2017 that had issues right away. They also sold us a warranty. So we brought the truck back, and it sat there for MONTHS. We got the run around the whole time, and they have zero record of the truck ever being serviced. We got the truck back, we were told they put a new "block" in it. No further explanation, no invoice.
Still had the same problems. Now our warranty company is telling us they delivered an engine to Town Hill, Town Hill says they have no record Of putting an engine in. So where the hell is my engine?! Theft. That's what that's called. Now they refuse to take my calls without a lawyer present. Really nice, right?

*Negative five-stars* Wow. It seems as though not much has changed since I bought a car here back in 1994. I purchased a 1985 Volvo 240glt using their buy-here-pay-here program. I was 19 and very naive. They saw me coming a mile away, and took full advantage. The steering wheel was rotated 90 degrees and they assured me that all it needed was an alignment.
Not long after buying the car, the brakes failed, the muffler snapped in half, the driveshaft busted, the headlight switch failed, the turbocharger began leaking oil into the broken exhaust. long story short, the car didn't last 6-months from the date of purchase. To add insult to injury, they lied about how much money I owed when I went to trade in the car.
I had all of the paperwork and every receipt, yet they yelled and screamed insisting that I owed more. Even the dealer I was working with was at a loss for words. I bet that if a place of worship were to be built on that lot in the future, it would spontaneously burst into flames. Stay far away from this place!

Went for State Emissions Test. 22 year old truck failed so I asked them to diagnose and install a replacement air conditioning unit with the parts I had already purchased They did an excellent job that matched the written estimate that they had given me It is hard to find competent mechanics who you can trust. I recommend these guys.

I was told my credit score would improve quickly because I was making weekly payments. Come to find out when I'm trading my car in, the loan never showed up on my credit report or my husband's who co-signed. When the dealership I bought my new car car from called the bank they had no idea about the loan I had been paying on for over 2 years. So not only was I ripped off when I bought the car, 2 and a half years of payments had no affect on my credit score.

These people are crooks! Bought a car and was told they "check everything by law". Three months later. Warranty ran out. I needed news brakes and rotors! Mechanic showed me how old and dangerous they were! Also, I needed a new fuel pump in six months, a new computer EGR module and new tires! I paid 14000 for the car and had to junk it! I couldn't even sell it for parts!
I still owe 1289.00 and I cannot wait for my final payment! I've been paying non two cars for two years! I bought brand new this time. Do NOT trust these nuts! They personify the true meaning of sleepy used car sales people! Dirt bags!

Bought a beautiful truck from Town Hill but they didn't service it properly. The day we left the dealership the truck was smoking and burning from under the hood. The owner was already home with our pristine traded in truck. We had to go back 3 times, from an hour away, to get all the repairs corrected which included brake calipers. The 4th issue was a leaking brake caliper (the new ones that Town Hill replaced/installed) and the truck was not safe to drive.
We were lucky to have discovered the issue and to get to the local service station safely. We got it serviced locally & Town Hill wouldn't stand behind their work or reimburse us the labor cost of the repair that they didn't do properly in the first place! They did a shotty job with all the repairs they promised to do and told us they completed!
We gave them every opportunity to do the right thing. THEY DIDN'T! I would never recommend this place or the owner! I am only giving them 1 star because there is no option to leave no stars! Go to a reputable dealership which Town Hill is NOT.

* PLEASE SHARE* If I could give 0 stars I would Recently bought an 2009 infinity 37x from Town Hill Auto 1 month ago. Buying experience itself was fine although They refused to budge on the price. I purchased the car with a 100k mile warranty over 4 years. Two days after buying the car my check engine light came on for an upstream 02 sensor ( plug and play). Brought the car in to town hill to have it fixed.
They supposedly fixed the 02 sensor but did not give me a receipt. 2 days later the 02 sensor came on again, they used a cheap part that the infinity rejected. I made another appointment to get it fixed during the time between appointments my passenger window stopped working. Brought it back for the 02 again they did not have the part and attempted to fix the switch.
When I received the car back again check engine light still on. Now my passenger window works but neither of my rear windows work. Called them they did not care and brushed it off like it's no big deal, at the same time being rude to my fiance who has to take the car in and my self. Now we're at the 3rd attempt to get the car fixed took over 2 weeks to get the part in.
We made an appointment to bring in the car today at 1130-12 to have fixed. She arrives at 12 to have them fix and town hill tells her she has to wait 2 hours to have it fixed then another 2 hours to fix it. At this point we are tired of having to go back for the same problem she asks to talk to the owner. The sales manager John was obscenely rude to her and started screaming at her to the point where she calls me crying.
I called town hill to figure out what happened. John gets on the phone and instantly raises his voice to me. Needless to say we will never go back to town hill auto to have any work done nor will we ever buy a car from then again. I STRONGLY suggest no one to ever buy a car from town hill auto. They are EXTREMELY Unprofessional and rude.
