Tennessee Collision Repair

Jonathan was great and helped us through the repair of our vehicle. He was great to check in and keep us posted with updates on repairs being made and estimated time of completion (which was earlier than originally anticipated!) This is definitely a place you hope to never have to use again to a claim to your vehicle but if the worse case were to happen there is no where else we would go!

I just moved to Tennessee from California and I had went to a caliber collision there and had my car fixed up from an accident I had gotten into. I came to this caliber because when I got my car back, the ac wouldn't blow cold air. Richard was so helpful in making sure my ac worked again. He looked for the problem and when he found it he explained to me exactly what he was going to be fixing and why.

When he took my car back to begin fixing it, he stayed in touch with me during the whole process. Honestly, this was the best experience i've ever had with any mechanic ever.

The team as this location blew me away with their customer service, especially Jay. I was rear ended back in December and they did such a great job communicating with me about the repairs and setting realistic expectations for completion time. They went above and beyond checking everything on my car even if it wasn't obviously related to accident damage.

Their goal was to ensure my car would be 100% safe for my kids and I. I recently took my car back for another unrelated issue just bc I trusted they were not going to lie to me for business or to make extra money. They ran test and gave me the best advice for course of action. I 100% recommended doing business here. And it seems like everyone treats each other like family! You can't go wrong here!

The team I had made me feel at ease in a stressful situation. Rose is incredibly pleasant and Darby was amazing! They openly communicated the entire process. I had the pleasure of working with Darby throughout my repair process and WOW! The best customer service I've ever received. She kept me updated and replied quickly to any concerns I had. I ended up getting my vehicle back almost two weeks earlier than promised, and I've had no issues mechanically or otherwise and I've driven 500 miles since and in in-climate weather. Overall, very satisfied with the work done and how professionally it was handled.
